I purchased a 2019 Dodge Ram 1500 Tradesmen Quad Cab with the 5.7L Hemi. This is the 3rd Dodge Ram 1500 I’ve owned and this is the first new one I’ve ever purchased. Buying new is a whole new experience. Anyone who says buying new is a bad idea and you should buy a car a couple of years old; has clearly never purchased new. This truck is amazing, we tow the jet skis just fine on the weekends and it’s my grocery getter, 9-5er on the weekdays. It’s my stand down you clown this is my lane and your entry fee is a blinker, I’ve got that Hemi power with an 8 speed transmission to hold it down. It’s my hauling precious cargo, to laying rubber because the wife still digs the burnouts. It’s a 4 door safe zone for the family with a bed full of camping gear or an early morning ride with backpacks and lunches. Either way this trucks never let me down and when they all go electric (because they will one day) I’ll buy one of them too. You can’t go wrong with Hemi powered Ram!

Pretty easy process for us. We knew what we were already going to be looking at because we really wanted a hybrid. We bought it used but the dealership did a really good job inspecting it and making sure it not a lot was wrong with it. If it weren't for the smoker who was in it last I think the headliner would be cleaner but otherwise the car was in good shape inside. There were a few dings here and there on the outside. The car drives and runs really smooth and overall was happy.

Definitely gets attention from truck owners of other brands. The blend of comfort and off road capability is exceptional for my needs. Exception power; quick; responsive; roomy; comfortable for long runs.

Bought this truck from Ram of the West the largest truck dealer in the US. I have bought all Ford trucks for the past 30 years and have been great. All of them. When the time came I could not touch an F150 anywhere near this price. Sorry Ford. But this truck rides like a car pulls like a freight train and options are awesome. It’s tight and fit and finish are second to none. Only a couple of things I would change. The window switches are too far forward. I constantly roll down the rear windows instead of the front. It idles a little too high when cold. Rolls about 10-15 mph. When I leave my Corgi in the truck he locks the doors the way the switches are designed or rolls the windows down. Look these are the only flaws in my opinion. It’s a perfect truck. The 5.7 hemi does not get 21 mpg overall not even on the highway but you don’t buy a V8 and expect much more. If your on the fence jump off on the RAM side.

I spoke with Tra Farrow recently at the Alton IL. Location. I was completely honest with him. He ask where I was thinking I wanted my payment to be monthly. I give him my response. I was buying a pre owned vehicle. I bought a Dodge Ram regular cab. He also was completely honest, respectful, of my request. He said he would see what he could do. After talking it was clear that we could complete the sale. I have always purchased my vehicles from private owners. This is the first time I used a dealership. I have this dealership and Tray a five star rating. While I realize it is difficult to get it give a business a five star rating. It was easy to give them the best possible rating. Everyone whom I came into contact with during my visit was outstanding. I was overwhelmed at how easy it was. This business could not have done anymore to change my opinion of dealerships. Warlock trim turns heads. Nice comfortable ride, love the sound of the exhaust. Lots of standard features on this trim. Handles Canadian winters with ease.

Bought to pull my 30 ft 6700 lb travel trailer. Pulls like a dream. The only thing I found wrong with this vehicle is the cheap tires Chrysler installed. They are Nexus and will not balance. The tire company will not respond to my inquiry s.

My nephew bought a new ram in 2017 and loves it. Two neighbors and my best friend own rams and all love them. I previously owned Ford trucks and while satisfied with them I thought I'd look at the rams. Bought a 2019 ram 1500 classic with 5.7 hemi over a year ago and now have almost 10,000 miles. So far I have had no problems whatsoever. I cant even find anything to nitpick.
