I bought the 2019 dodge ram warlock in fall of 2019. It’s the beginning of 2025 I have 116,000 miles, and I have NEVER had any major technical, mechanical, electrical issues at all. It has to be the most reliable vehicle on the market. I love this thing

I went to Puente Hills Mitsubishi and I received HORRIBLE service. I was able to find the same car, in better condition, for a better price at South Coast Mitsubishi. I called around 7pm, and got into contact with Patrick. I told him about my experience and he told me he could help me out, get me into the Mercedes Benz I wanted, just needed me to make it into the dealership that night. When I arrived the car was washed and in the front before we even knew if i'd be able to purchase. The car was great, Patrick was amazing, and Sep was my finance manager. Sep is the best, he was able to lower my payment and got me a great service plan. There was a mishap on the mileage, the car actually had less miles then advertised and they could've sold it for more. Instead of it being an issue, they told me enjoy the car, they were glad to have gotten me a deal. I went in to change my paper work, they detailed my car, they are really great! I'm still owed a tank of gas lol but otherwise, this dealership is amazing. Purchasing a car you want to feel comfortable, you don't want to feel as if you're being swindled or snaked. Patrick and Sep not only made me feel comfortable, they made sure to get me the car I wanted and the price I needed. I love my purchase, and I highly recommend Sep and Patrick if you go into this dealership!

Alex and Juan from the Service department are amazing! My boyfriend dropped off his vehicle this past Saturday for an inspection. We returned later that evening for an update, and Alex let us know that their mechanic found an issue. Alex mentioned that it would take a few days to resolve, considering it was the weekend. During this time, Juan was already in the process of getting a rental started without being asked! Simply amazing! I purchased a 2019 Dodge Ram 1500 Tradesmen Quad Cab with the 5.7L Hemi. This is the 3rd Dodge Ram 1500 I’ve owned and this is the first new one I’ve ever purchased. Buying new is a whole new experience. Anyone who says buying new is a bad idea and you should buy a car a couple of years old; has clearly never purchased new. This truck is amazing, we tow the jet skis just fine on the weekends and it’s my grocery getter, 9-5er on the weekdays. It’s my stand down you clown this is my lane and your entry fee is a blinker, I’ve got that Hemi power with an 8 speed transmission to hold it down. It’s my hauling precious cargo, to laying rubber because the wife still digs the burnouts. It’s a 4 door safe zone for the family with a bed full of camping gear or an early morning ride with backpacks and lunches. Either way this trucks never let me down and when they all go electric (because they will one day) I’ll buy one of them too. You can’t go wrong with Hemi powered Ram!
