From the finance team, the sales department, the consultant, and the manager, everyone is so professional and ethical in doing their work. I was initially interested in choosing a Honda model. After telling them about my requirements, he provided me a review of other cars that may also suit my preference and is superior in some areas. He gave me enough time to test drive and inspect the car. He never pressured me in buying options that will only spike the cost.

Without an appointment, I went to the “Express Lane” first thing in morning for a routine oil change and tire rotation. I was told it should take about an hour. The work was completed in under hour and the service writer was pleasant and a pleasure to deal with. Well to start off I walked into the dealership with out notice and was welcomed in and asked if need help and stated that I was interested in a used vehicle and was directed to JR who was extremely helpful in locating the vehicle I was interested in seeing even though the car was in for service he still let me see the vehicle without any excuses.
