Patrick was an extremely professional, no pressure salesman who works in an extremely comfortable environment who assisted was with the purchase of a RAM 2500. From arrival to completion he listened, acted and knew how to preform his duties in sales. Each employee were kind and willing to assist and professionally greeted.

My experience was 100% perfect. Not only was the dealership excellent and so much better than the other 4-5 dealerships we went to prior, but our salesman, Andy, was the best we have ever had. He spent numerous hours with me explaining everything. He was courteous, professional and nothing that I asked was too much for him. He was happy to get all my questions answered and also answered every text and phone call instantly. This was a 100% positive experience but mostly because of our amazing salesman, Andy.

Loved my experience with Sun Toyota, Olivia was a huge help and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. She never made you feel like she was trying to sell the car to you too much which was very refreshing to be around. She was extremely personable and I’d highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new ride!

I bought a beautiful 2017 chevy Trax for this dealership. This was my first time purchasing a car of my own so I was super nervous and didn't know what to expect at first. When I got there the facility was gorgeous. And the staff was super kind and helpful. Henry (my sales rep) as cool and patient he made the process easy and simple. I was in and out in less that 2 hours. I got everything I wanted and more all withing my budget. I enjoyed my experience and I'm loving Tessa (that what I've named the car). Fast friendly service. I had a minor issue that needed to be addressed while I was visiting from out or state. The shuttle driver Laurie H was very quick and made me feel at ease having my car serviced. Especially since I am unfamiliar with the area.

My truck maintenance was handled promptly with professionalism. When I went to pay for the service however, they wanted an additional 28$ on a 1K bill to use a credit card. A debit wouldn't incur this fee. This seems like usury and seems over the top.

Visited the Sun Toyota service center today. James Lake, my service advisor is simply terrific. Got me quickly set up during an incredibly busy day. When my car was ready James came by and walked me back To the shop floor to my car and Kenneth Walter (sharp young guy) succinctly Showed me the issues and gave me two solutions. Professional, short and sweet with options. Sun Toyota is the best! I always feel well taken care of. I consistently have this kind of experience here. Highly recommend!
