If you have been searching the market for a used diesel, give them a call. I have purchased 4 diesel's from them. My father also purchased a 2012 Dodge Cummins about 2 year's ago! I had an '07 cummins and was looking to upgrade to a 6 speed manual. So we gave them a call. BAMM!!! It was a deal. I recommend Country Select!! They have great customer service, they work with you, the process is smooth & fast.

The only reason I gave overall a 5 star is there was a manager that got a little nasty and cussed at one of their employees (a very young man) ; which was unprofessional to do in front of a customer. The employee that was helping me, I could tell he was on edge and uneasy, I'm assuming due to the manager who was clearly creating tension in the shop. *may not have been manager, however he was the only employee not wearing the shop tech shirt and was wearing button up shirt and dress pants.

I am writing a review of this dealership based on my experience dated 02/15/ 2025. I purchased a 2025 pacific on Saturday. I had been in contact with the salesman Taz and several manager over the phone and e mail in hopes of making my time at the dealership as quick as possible. even though I had prearrange before I got there as much as possible, I had selected the vehicle and verified that it was there and told them what type of transaction, I arrived early at 10:30 am in hopes of leaving before the weather turned bad. I asked several time that I wanted to leave soon, but I could not leave until 5:30 in the evening when it was pouring down rain. My best experience was with The salesperson, Taz who assisted me every step of the way as much as he could. He is a true credit to the dealership and I really appreciated his help along the way as I am an elderly disabled vet. He made sure that my vehicle was prepped and transfer of my equipment was done WAJ

I flew all the way to Virginia from Michigan because of the great deal I received on a 2019 ram 2500. Beautiful truck one car owner. Drove it back ran perfect. Jimmy was my salesperson. He is the best. 5 stars for Jimmy!!!!

Excellent service. I dealt with Brad and he was very cooperative and helpful in finding me a truck that both suited my needs and had me leaving the dealership wth a smile on my face. He made the financing process as painless as possible and was able to get me a great deal without even having to set foot on the property. I drove all the way from southern CT to pick up my truck and it was exactly as it was described, not a single detail left out and no unwanted surprises when I got there. Erkan (Rick) and his colleagues were super helpful and really went the extra mile when I found out after purchase that the Ford Escape we first selected did not have an important feature (the garage opener). The Escape that did have the feature also had a bunch of others that I liked, but they didn't have that trim on the Koons Sterling lot. Not only they arranged taking the first Escape back and exchanging it for the one I wanted, but they even sent a driver to Koons Falls Church to bring that other car for me, so I drove the first car in and drove out the dream one, and I only paid the price difference. Great job, Erkan! Strongly recommend the dealership!

Kaley and the rest of the crew were great. Gave me what I expected on my trade-in. No problems with the whole process. When I told them that I was going to check out another dealership, they did not try hold me back from going. Ended up buying from them.
