Patrick was an extremely professional, no pressure salesman who works in an extremely comfortable environment who assisted was with the purchase of a RAM 2500. From arrival to completion he listened, acted and knew how to preform his duties in sales. Each employee were kind and willing to assist and professionally greeted.

That was when our salesman Danny Gigena came out to greet us right away. Such a nice guy and very knowledgeable about every model of truck he sell’s. He was able to show a clear understanding of what we needed to know, and help with what we wanted. He made us feel comfortable with no pressure at all. From start to finish. We were looking for 2022 Ram 2500. They didn’t have that specific truck in the color we wanted. But, he reassured that he would help us find it. And would work on getting us the truck we wanted. I have good experience with this dealership. Pro and cons: Pro: excellent customer service. Thank you Valerie Naval. She helped me and explained everything I asked her. Cons: Car needs to be prep for sale, deep cleaning or at least check it out for anything leftover from previous owner. But Valerie offer me reimbursement for detailing my car. Most of all if you don't like your car for any reason return policy excellent with out any hidden fees, check with your salesperson for details. I would recommend Carmax to my friends .
