New and used 2025 RAM 2500 Big Horn trucks for sale near Panther Valley, NJ

I was trying to buy a Toyota Hylander from this dealership and David Rhum is who contacted me after an internet inquiry. He was very upfront about everything taking his time to explain everything. Unfortunately due to a dealership rule, he could not sell this type of vehicle to me because I lived too far away. Most salespeople would then not talk to you. Not Mr. Rhum - he continued to assist by answering questions and letting me know where the make and model of the vehicle was available and at which dealership. I've already been to the parts department to buy a roof rack and they were very nice and helpful as well. If going to Toyota of Muncie ask for David Rhum, if you get 1/2 of the service and assistance that he gave us - you will already be at 100%.

All in all this was a very pleasant car buying experience. Tom Dempsey, the owner of the dealership, personally found me the car I was looking for at the price I could afford. Elijah then took over and did an amazing job showing us how to operate all of the electronic features this car has. He was extremely professional and patient and he walked us through everything. Sales staff was polite and courteous. Explained the vehicle very well and was not high pressure. He did do follow up as stated he would but we could not come to a deal on that truck.

This summer my husband and I took a trip West. On day three the air conditioner on our Ford 250 truck quit. We stopped at a few dealerships along the way to try to get the A/C looked at. Some dealerships could take us in 2 weeks and others not at all. We called Kalispell Ford and they said they would work us in! The folks at this dealership are gems! They spent several hours looking at the problem, which we were thankful for. While we waited, they shuttled us to the local Walmart for our entertainment and picked us up when we were ready to return to the dealership. Back at the dealership, the waiting area was comfortable with snacks and drinks provided. While we were not able to get the A/C repaired because a new compressor was needed and it would be a special order, these people TRIED! As I said before, others wouldn't even look at it. My husband spoke to the manger and expressed our appreciation for his crew. We would definitely recommend Kalispell Ford!
