New and used 2025 RAM 2500 trucks for sale near Akron, NY

From the time that I arrived at the dealership to the time that I left the entire experience was excellent. You will have a tough time finding a better price for a new vehicle and the professionalism of everyone that I talked with was outstanding. I drove from Syracuse to get the truck that I wanted at an amazing price and I will do it again. I really can't say enough great things about this dealership.

I came in to get my brand new car serviced I gave my keys to the service man as I dropped it off but once I came back I noticed my brand new car dealership tag was no longer on my keys. I mentioned it to a gentleman that was at the service desk and I proceeded to leave a walk to my car, by the time I made it to my car there was a man running to me to give me another tag for my keys. He name is Antwan Moore I really appreciate the innovative he took to make sure I left happy I was so thankful for him.

Took my Ram 3500 in and dealt with Chris. He went above and beyond to make sure he and the Tech fully understood the concern. Chris is not the average advisor, he knows these trucks and even owns one. He took the time to discuss and explain what to expect. A true professional in the field... and BY FAR the best experience Ive had in a dealership service for over a decade. The parts department is no different. They are friendly, helpful, and willing to do whatever it takes to get the customer their parts. Truly refreshing. On top of all that, Madison and Mike, the two folks I dealt with buying the truck over 4 months ago, recognized me and remembered what I bought the truck for and asked how it was going. Do yourself a favor and visit this place. Nothing but great things to say.
