After searching for a truck for months, I found the one I wanted online at Miracle. After communication with Brian, I decided to purchase from him instead of my home town dealership in Texas that has had my business for years. Brian is one of the nicest salesmen that I've had the pleasure of doing business with. (and I don't like pushy salesmen) He was very compassionate about what I was wanting, and forthcoming about the whole process. He gave me a great deal, and even had the truck delivered. I spoke with Michael about the financing paperwork, and he was very honest and open. He went over everything with me so that I had absolutely no questions. Even got me a better rate! Best buying experience ever!! I highly recommend Miracle to anyone looking to purchase a new or pre-owned vehicle.

Our salesman Wesley and the sales manager Kim were absolutely wonderful to work with. They are the only reason I ended up purchasing the car. There was another young man who was also a sales manager that was absolutely rude. He may have the good fortunate to look 14 years old but obviously he was not taught any manners growing up. James was in charge of the paperwork and was also rude. He would ask a question and while trying to answer it was obvious he was not listening. When called on it he admitted he was not even listening to the response. We had just driven 3 hours to pick up the car and he was annoyed because it was late. He was supposed to get me a copy of the carfax and that never happened. I am still hoping everything goes well with the car because on the carfax I saw and asked for a copy it said the transfer case was replaced twice. No one was quite sure but guessed the first was when they found the problem and the second was when the parts came in and it was actually fixed. I did have the under carriage checked out by the shop that wired it for towing and they reported no visible leaks. Time will tell. We still have to make another trip down there to get a chewed seatbelt fixed and another key fob for the car programmed. I hope someone educates the rude workers on how to treat customers. But definitely work with Wesley or Kim!

Absolutely the quickest and most stress-free vehicle purchase I have ever made! Everything went smoothly and the deal was processed as promised. Our salesperson, a young man named C.J., was knowledgeable and easily surpassed the service I’ve received at BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and other quality dealerships. He is an honest, no-nonsense, no pressure, type of guy and a great representation for Troncalli. I can’t say enough about this young man and the pleasant experience we had while purchasing our new car. Kudos to his parents who definitely raised him well. Wish I could give him more than 5 stars! I found a 2016 Ford flex online through true car and set up an appointment for a test drive. Greg Morris was quick to respond and kept in touch with me answering all questions up to my appointment. When I arrived the car was out front. I had to wait a few minutes but not long and we went for a little test drive. I had already been pre approved by my bank for the loan so I went to get the check and Greg had my new car washed for me and waiting by the front Door. Signed all the paperwork there is a bit. Total time from appointment to complete was 4 hrs. But half that I was at the bank because I filled out my paperwork wrong. Had I done it correctly the dealership would have been able to complete that portion for me and save time. This dealership is full of gorgeous new jeeps and chargers and lots more. I had a very nice experience thanks to Greg! I absolutely love my new to me car!
