My wife and I just went in to look at a certain vehicle. We had no plans to purchase anything that day. We really liked the vehicle that we test drove and after a little “back and forth” a deal was worked out and we drove home in our new vehicle.

My new jeep Grand Cherokee had a turn signal problem. As you know technology can be a problem! What sounds doesn't always work that way. Anyway it took 2 appointment. While I drove 200 miles to pick up the truck, Brian (@CarSergent) & Keith had all the paperwork complete and ready for me when I walked in the door.
