I stopped to schedule maintenance appointments for my Gladiator and 2006, 2500 Cummins. Aaron greeted me and listened to my concerns regarding my vehicles. Today I picked up my jeep after dropping it off yesterday and it looked like someone cleaned it ( thank you), Aaron was able to also contact my extended warranty and made my quote cheaper. Update – Service Completed on 2/11/26 I wanted to provide an update following my recent service appointment. I scheduled a transmission drain-and-fill for my 2018 Pacifica Hybrid on very short notice and arrived on 2/11/26 at 8:55 AM. The service was completed promptly by 10:30 AM—about 1 hour and 35 minutes. The invoice initially showed $440+, but the advertised $179.95 special was applied, resulting in a final charge of $179.95 plus tax (~$197 total). During the appointment, I explained that I was doing preventive maintenance at relatively low mileage (35k) to ensure the transmission lasts after warranty expiration. I greatly appreciate that Service Director Kevin Tranter and the dealership went the extra mile to honor the advertised price and make me feel valued as a customer. The service advisor, Lillian, also acknowledged that the 2018 Pacifica Hybrid does not require removing the transmission pan and that the filter is not replaceable unless the transmission is removed—correcting the prior misunderstanding that led to inflated initial pricing. While my original concerns about advertising inconsistencies and staff familiarity with model-specific procedures remain valid, I want other customers to know that the dealership truly made an effort to rectify the situation. I would certainly return for future advertised promotions, knowing they will honor the price and provide proper service. Based on this resolution, I am updating my review rating from 1 star to 3–4 stars.

I've been getting all of the routine service on my 2016 Jeep Patriot done here since I bought it new (from a different dealership in a distant city) and have never been disappointed. Staff have all been great and have never had any issues. Free coffee while waiting and a decent waiting room too. They even have a cell phone charger in the waiting room, which I had to make use of on my most recent visit.

It took a while, but they change the oil and they rotated my tires. Very happy.
