We found Frank Lincoln of Ed Shults Warren Subaru to be very helpful and easy to deal with. We had several months to go on an existing lease of a Ford Fusion, but decided we really wanted to get into an AWD car before next winter, so we could get used to it before the snow arrives. Frank found a way to accomplish that by working with a separate Ford dealership that is also part of the Shults organization. Next he showed us the way a Subaru Legacy with Eyesight can do things I never imagined a car could do. Then he found us a car that had exactly what we wanted without trying to sell us up to a higher, more expensive trim level. I had done some online shopping, so I knew what the MSRP would be, and I had a good idea of what would be a reasonable and fair discount to expect. Of course we had to negotiate back and forth a little, but settled on a fair price and a good deal for us. We are very, very pleased with our new 2016 Subaru Legacy. Mr. Ristau was thorough and polite. He wasn't aggressive in his approach which was absolutely appreciated. He is also the ONLY salesperson I have ever worked with that actually took the time to go over all the controls on the control panel of my new car...greatly appreciated. Good Job!

We had a great car buying experience with Megan Steck and really all the staff at David Corry were helpful. It was simple and easy. I did have some special request and they happily obliged with allowing my spouse to sign all the paperwork from his work. Less than 8 weeks later car was totaled by another driver and oh my goodness have they been helpful in dealing with accident and what to expect from my insurance company. Now we are looking for another vehicle and we would not buy from anyone else after our experiences here! Got great service from Jeff Gilly, explained thoroughly about the Renegade showing all the options it had, answered all my questions, Gave me time to consult with my Daughter and son so that I made the right decision. I didnt feel pressured and they knew from get go I would walk if I needed to. I was greeted by everyone and made to feel like a valued customer. They detailed my vehicle as I waited but of course once you wash your vehicle it will rain and rain it did lol. Now to get used to driving this one.

I can’t say enough good about shults of warren from Sean Ellsworth, Troy Berg, James Beach and Adam Dorsey in service. They got us out of a lease we were over on miles and into a better higher mile lease. They try to get into a car and get the sale. I was raised in a small used car lot and , auto repair shop, body shop. I absolutely didn’t like dealing with dealers but Shults of Warren is Different
