I have worked with Stevenson Toyota West twice now with my 2001 4Runner! It has over 300,000 miles so I imagine it will continue to need work. Has parts are starting to wear out! This last visit the customer service was above and beyond, and I was moved by the humanity that the entire service department showed to a single Mom! Josh went above and beyond to make sure I was not inconvenienced as much as possible knowing that they were working on my sole mode of transportation!
