I contacted Amy Sabers over the weekend about buying a new truck and drove it home two days later. This was without a doubt the best buying experience that I have ever had and this is from someone who purchases a new vehicle every few years. Towne is a wonderful place to shop for a vehicle and I leased two Jeep’s from them. I am now kind of sad my salesman Greg did not reach out to me and try to keep me as a customer when I told him about a lower price quote from another dealership while shopping for a new Jeep. I waited a week and he never contacted me to see if he could work out some kind of deal with me as a current customer. His only response was he can’t match that other quote without even trying to rework the numbers And I never heard back from him.

In the past I have only dealt with GM dealerships and I was extremely happy with the professionalism and end result of the care that was given to my vehicle. Outstanding job done!!!

Great customer service. Repairs done in a timely fashion. Everything was explained prior to being done. Nothing unnecessary was done. I was able to either stay at the place or be taken home.

I came in to get my brand new car serviced I gave my keys to the service man as I dropped it off but once I came back I noticed my brand new car dealership tag was no longer on my keys. I mentioned it to a gentleman that was at the service desk and I proceeded to leave a walk to my car, by the time I made it to my car there was a man running to me to give me another tag for my keys. He name is Antwan Moore I really appreciate the innovative he took to make sure I left happy I was so thankful for him.

Friendly and efficient service! They even found a problem that was covered under warranty and sent me to a Mazda dealer to have it taken care of rather than fixing it and charging me for it.

A true professional in the field... and BY FAR the best experience Ive had in a dealership service for over a decade. The parts department is no different. They are friendly, helpful, and willing to do whatever it takes to get the customer their parts. Truly refreshing. On top of all that, Madison and Mike, the two folks I dealt with buying the truck over 4 months ago, recognized me and remembered what I bought the truck for and asked how it was going.
