The service department did a great job of putting on my 4 new tires, although the alignment was not correct they got me in immediately at my convenience to fix the problem. I am very happy with the service there.

Had a 9:00am appointment and got there 10 minutes early and David got me right in to fix an issue with my turn signal and tail light, and was out at 9:20. Great service and very friendly and professional.

Had some new parts and programming done. No issues occurred and they were for the most part pretty quick.

Shively motors diagnosed an electrical issue the turned out to be 2 failed batteries on my Jeep Wrangler. Completed the fix on time at the quoted price. This past Saturday was first time I've done business with them. I've got to say they are the best. They went above and beyond to put me in my new 25 gladiator and gave me a good deal for my trade. And the staff and environment was laid back and relaxed no pressure they left the decisions up to me on what I wanted to do.
