My wife was in the market to buy a new Subaru Crosstrek and we were both frustrated by our local dealer as they were unwilling to negotiate on the price of the SUV. Subaru of Ontario on the other hand gave us a great deal beating our local dealer's price by almost $1,000. My wife ended up ordering the Sunrise Orange 2018 Crosstrek equipped the way she wanted it and took delivery 9 weeks later. Subaru of Ontario's sales team is friendly and helpful. The service after the sale has been top notch. They are a small dealership and both my wife and I liked the no-pressure experience. I have also had my 2005 Subaru Baja serviced at this dealership and was very pleased with the quality of the work and the money we saved over our local dealer. Power, beauty, and utility! Haul all week and drive to a cotillion on the weekend! I have received more compliments on this vehicle than any other I have owned, including a customized red and black striped ‘73 Mustang convertible and an ‘02 Z06. It can get up off the line or take me safely into work in a snow storm, all while looking great doing it. Only things it’s missing is a blower, a sun roof, and stereo amp. But then, if it had them, I’d never get out of it.

I have a 2022 2500 diesel Longhorn, that has had numerous problems with the DEF SOFTWARE. After 3 to 4 trips (50,000 miles) to the Dealership, they replaced the DEF tank and it seemed to fix the problem. I currently have 56,000+ miles with no further problems. Other than that I am extremely pleased with my 2500 Longhorn.

Solid truck and great performance. Normal driving is fine, I use it as my daily driver.....but it also pulls our 40' 5th Wheel from Oklahoma to Colorado with ease and has pulled 4wheelers up a 20ft. embankment, out of a river, lol.

This is my third Ram 2500 diesel. I have the Laramie level with the Level A group. The ride is very good for a truck especially a 3/4 ton, quite enough to have a normal conversation. I traded a 2023 Silverado LTZ for this Ram. There was no comparison in the solid closing feel and noise of the doors and the overall much better quality of the interior. The seats are comfortable for long trips. What can you say about the Cummins diesel that isn't already legend. It pulls like crazy, acceleration is good, my fuel mileage is 18.9 mpg with 80% suburban, 20% highway. I've had zero issues and don't expect any. Yes, I would buy another one without hesitation.

My only problem with the truck is when towing my 5th wheel trailer the trailer light goes on and off when the light is I don’t have brakes

I was passing through Ontario in my new Outback when I had many warning lights flashing, gear shifting problems, etc. Ron in the service department was great. He took my car in right away (next appointment was 3 days away), ordered the needed parts for next-day delivery and had the car fixed as soon as parts arrived. Lori arranged for me to have a loaner car, a brand-new 2018 Outback, for the two days. They left me my car for after-hours pickup and I was able to return the loaner at the same time and was on my way out of the state. All this at no charge!

Had the truck, a Tradesman, 3-years and not a single problem with it, besides what the previous owner did. They put leveling blocks on it and big tires that made it ride like a dump truck. Plenty of power with the 6.4l. Very reliable.

I bought this truck from Herritage DJC in Brigham City a year ago and it is without a doubt the best truck I have ever owned. It is a beautiful black color and has everything you could ever ask for in a truck. And speaking of that big 6.4 Hemi engine, it’s without a doubt a real neck snapper. Have owned my 2022 2500 Tradesman for 14 months now. Very happy overall. Outstanding towing and payload capabilities. Quiet interior. Nice styling. I don't like the dial transmission control. Would prefer it if the infotaimment screen was angled toward the driver instead of flat. Also disappointed with the seating position with the manual seats. Felt like my butt sat too low. Remedied that with an aftermarket shim kit that raised the rear seat height 1/2". Much better. My first RAM. Would buy again.

This has been the most wonderful truck. On the frwy when it shifted to the lower cylinder usage, it was so quiet and gas efficient. Johns Trim Shop topped off with a $2500 package. I hate to say goodbye but am retiring.

The aggressive, upfront pricing is what originally caused me to call, but Corey (Sales) is the one who truly closed the deal on my amazing new Ford Ranger. I flew in to pick it up, and Corey made the logistics effortless. He was communicative, handled the paperwork remotely, and was waiting promptly at the airport to pick me up. The pricing was exactly as agreed—no surprises—and the registration fees actually came in lower than estimated. Where this team really impressed me, though, was how they handled a hurdle. We discovered a potentially serious PDI issue right at delivery. Instead of making me wait or delaying my trip home, Brad (Manager) and Corey treated it with absolute urgency. I left with zero pressure and two separate deal sheets to consider at my own pace. It’s easy to see why their rating is so high.
