He walked me through their inventory, and we began test drives. He worked with me on the price to meet my budget. We submitted the paperwork and within 48 hrs I received a call from Brian in the finance department. Another great employee, he was knowledgeable and patient. He explained every option and choice I had to make very well. I felt no pressure and picked the options that worked best for me. From the time I walked in to the day I drove away in my car was 3 days. They did everything, got me the best financing, handled my insurance, they even detailed a car I already thought was perfect. When I went to pick it up it somehow looked even better. Patrick was an extremely professional, no pressure salesman who works in an extremely comfortable environment who assisted was with the purchase of a RAM 2500. I had a wonderful experience with this dealership in factory ordering my vehicle with “Manny”. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. If you are looking to buy a Jeep, this is the place. Only takeaway is when I took delivery of the vehicle. The PDI team needs to pay attention to detail, insuring the interior is dust off and adding tire shine to make the car shine when you walk down the steps delivery day.
