First time purchase from Ty and crew. Extremely satisfied with the process start to finish. Made a deal over the phone on a Thursday afternoon and less than 48 hours later I was in a one way rental to Searcy AR from North MS to pick up my truck. Dale had all the paperwork ready and truck was as advertised. Plan to keep this truck for at least 10yrs but when I am ready for the next one, I will be giving Creekwood Motors a call!

MY COLLEGE COLORS. EVERYONE LOVES THE COLORS. THE STYLING IS GREAT. FIRST RAM TRUCK I HAVE EVER OWNED. TOWING MY TRACTOR IS A DREAM. MY SON AND FRIEND HAVE BOTH PURCHED USED RAM DIESEL TRUCKS.

Loved the vehicle. not so much the financing. I was told I had to purchase certain extras to receive a lower interest rate. After all was said and done I called the company actually financing my vehicle and they informed me that was not true at all. Called the person who did my loan at Crain ( I will not mention their name out of respect) and was told I could cancel but to keep my interest to wait 3 months. Again another line of bologna. Drove back to Crain ( 3rd 140 mile round trip) spoke to a very understanding Ms. Bradley in customer relations who helped rectify the situation. Will I do business with them again? More than likely because as I said almost everyone there was great to deal with and my daughter really likes the Tucson and the actual pricing was great--- without the additional warranties another 5100.00!

Patrick was an extremely professional, no pressure salesman who works in an extremely comfortable environment who assisted was with the purchase of a RAM 2500. From arrival to completion he listened, acted and knew how to preform his duties in sales. Each employee were kind and willing to assist and professionally greeted.

I regularly get my Town and Country and RAM serviced at this dealership. The ease of setting up and getting an appointment that I want has been great. The service folks have always been efficient and friendly. The facility for a waiting customer is nice and they offer free coffee and donuts which I thought was nice. For service of your Dodge, Jeep or Ram, this location is good.

I have purchased three Jeeps from this dealership. They will do what they say. The last used Jeep had a dead battery. The changed it and we purchased it. Salesman and I thought something had been left on. Drove it home and was dead battery next morning. Called and told to bring back. They did take two days to find the problem but electric drain issues are difficult to find. They repaired issue and put in a new battery. Now 18 months later no problems.

My buying experience overall was good. I came in initially and decided to wait about making a deal. I checked somewhere else but called back at McLarty and they made me a deal I couldn't refuse. The deal was upgraded because the original vehicle I looked at sold. The vehicle had extra options that the other didn't and a color I wanted.

Creekwood Motors was a pleasure to do bussiness with. I test drove many vehicals, and the staff was able to answer all questions. The whole process was easy, and there were not any "pushy" salesmen to deal with. Once I decided on the truck for purchase, Ty made the process simple, fast, and professional. My only problem with the truck is when towing my 5th wheel trailer the trailer light goes on and off when the light is I don’t have brakes

Its a diesel powered truck so its used to haul which it does with ease, but its comfortable, roomy, handles well and overall a great truck

I bought this truck from Herritage DJC in Brigham City a year ago and it is without a doubt the best truck I have ever owned. It is a beautiful black color and has everything you could ever ask for in a truck. And speaking of that big 6.4 Hemi engine, it’s without a doubt a real neck snapper. I shopped several large dealerships in the area and the quality of service that I received here was second to none, I have never had a manager so quickly come out and help and make us feel at home... I met the new and used car managers and they treated me like family!! the deal was fair and upfront. I may could have looked around the rest of the day and save a hundred or two but I really think the service I received from Mr Moss and Mr Hicks more then took care of the price!!! thank you so so much!!
