Brought my Grand Cherokee in for a routine oil change which was completed promptly. It turns out I was overcharged for labor. I paid my bill and left. Before I even noticed the error, I was contacted, apologized to and a check was issued. In the past, prior to Mike Delsart?s appointment to Service Manager, it would have been like pulling hens teeth to get an error corrected. Since Mike has been on the job, service has reached a significantly higher level of quality. And, if there is a problem, Mike is always easily accessible to the customer to step in and solve the issue to our mutual satisfaction. Prior to Mike, things were bad and I was moving on to another dealership. His customer care brought me back and has me firmly grounded in the Gandrud customer base.

Very roomy on the interior with great interior and exterior design. Lots of power, handles all terrain well and excellent on mpg for its size.

Nick did a great job of getting my truck in after I forgot my appointment,. Mechanic did a great job on it. Will use dealership again

Patrick was an extremely professional, no pressure salesman who works in an extremely comfortable environment who assisted was with the purchase of a RAM 2500. From arrival to completion he listened, acted and knew how to preform his duties in sales. Each employee were kind and willing to assist and professionally greeted.

This has been the most wonderful truck. On the frwy when it shifted to the lower cylinder usage, it was so quiet and gas efficient. Johns Trim Shop topped off with a $2500 package. I hate to say goodbye but am retiring.

Dorsch Kia was the most consistent when i needed a response. I did not do business because another dealer had free oil changes. I would like to add that if that sales pitch wasn’t there I would have given Dorsch my business.

Had been looking for a newer truck for quite a while, but could never seem to catch up with the good deal on the truck I wanted, as someone else would buy it out from under me (three separate occasions). Finally, my better half spotted this one. It was JUST on the edge of my price range, and I hemmed and hawed about it for several days before I decided to pull the trigger. I could hardly pass it up, as it was an excellent truck in excellent shape, decent miles, and actually a very fair price, considering comparable trucks were going for more or MUCH more. I figured I'd better fish or cut bait or it would be gone again. Let me tell you, I am SO happy with this truck! Jeff was a fantastic salesman, extremely helpful, even going so far as to help me with this truck via his own personal phone. He was also 100% correct when he said I would waste way more time at the bank than I would at his dealership. When I got there, the truck was ready, papers were ready, EVERYTHING was ready. Maybe 15 minutes and I was on the road with my new truck that I'm extremely excited about. Thank you! Highly recommended business.

My only problem with the truck is when towing my 5th wheel trailer the trailer light goes on and off when the light is I don’t have brakes

Fernando was very helpful, and the process was very efficient. The only problem I had, and everyone else in the country, is prices are higher than what they should be, but I can't recieve fair value for my trade in.

Power, beauty, and utility! Haul all week and drive to a cotillion on the weekend! I have received more compliments on this vehicle than any other I have owned, including a customized red and black striped ‘73 Mustang convertible and an ‘02 Z06. It can get up off the line or take me safely into work in a snow storm, all while looking great doing it. Only things it’s missing is a blower, a sun roof, and stereo amp. But then, if it had them, I’d never get out of it.

Just walking around their lot looking at all their vehicles, you can tell they take a lot of pride in what they sell. I bought two vehicles for my company and am very happy with all aspects of the sale. Highly recommend!!

In 2020 of July I purchased a 2016 Ram 2500 Longhorn 4X4 Cummings 6.7. This was my 3rd Dodge 2500 I've owned. The increase in power was impressive. It’s has a smother ride than previous trucks I’ve owned. Suspension improvements make for a very comfortable ride. Safety upgrades helped reduce insurance costs. The negatives are factory’s mpg projections are higher than real life by a couple of mpg. Engine oil filter is a royal pain to change. There is a lag in response when accelerating from a dead start. I do like how this truck responds pulling my 6000 pound boat up hill at the same speed as if it’s on a level road.

Anti-Freeze and oil leak discovered during routine servicing. Called my SD, Nick, at Kolosso Dodge in Appleton to have it repaired. He got me in as quickly as possible based on repairs needed. All repairs completed in one day, to my satisfaction. Nick, as always, was polite, efficient and prompt. They are the best.

I never enjoyed buying vehicles but Dan, and Royal Automotive, completely changed my views! I bought a 2017 F-250 at a great/no-haggle price, and couldn't have been happier! A little over a week later... CHECK ENGINE light comes on... you can imagine the feeling! Long story short- ROYAL AUTOMOTIVE has your back!!! Dan immediately showed support and customer backing... And what turned out to be something absolutely no one could imagine happening to a low mileage truck- blown head gasket/potential cracked cylinder! They not only fixed this unfortunate and unforeseen issue, but completely replaced it within one week of the check engine light! WOW!! Dan and Royal Automotive put a new engine for me...completely covered!! This place truly wants to not only see you happy, but keep you happy for the future. I can honestly say for such a big issue on a new-used vehicle, I am as happy as a customer could possibly be. I WILL refer him to friends and family, and I WILL purchase from them again! Had the truck, a Tradesman, 3-years and not a single problem with it, besides what the previous owner did. They put leveling blocks on it and big tires that made it ride like a dump truck. Plenty of power with the 6.4l. Very reliable.

I had my tires replaced by another garage. While I was there they told me for the second time that transmission fluid was leaking. Lucky thing, except I had it in at S & L dealership two months ago for the same reason. I was told that the other garbage over tightened the oil filter. The other garage told me that it was a transmission fluid leak. I was almost at the end of my extended warranty. Hmmm. Thank goodness for the other garage.
