Power, beauty, and utility! Haul all week and drive to a cotillion on the weekend! I have received more compliments on this vehicle than any other I have owned, including a customized red and black striped ‘73 Mustang convertible and an ‘02 Z06. It can get up off the line or take me safely into work in a snow storm, all while looking great doing it. Only things it’s missing is a blower, a sun roof, and stereo amp. But then, if it had them, I’d never get out of it.

My only problem with the truck is when towing my 5th wheel trailer the trailer light goes on and off when the light is I don’t have brakes

I have a 2022 2500 diesel Longhorn, that has had numerous problems with the DEF SOFTWARE. After 3 to 4 trips (50,000 miles) to the Dealership, they replaced the DEF tank and it seemed to fix the problem. I currently have 56,000+ miles with no further problems. Other than that I am extremely pleased with my 2500 Longhorn.

Solid truck and great performance. Normal driving is fine, I use it as my daily driver.....but it also pulls our 40' 5th Wheel from Oklahoma to Colorado with ease and has pulled 4wheelers up a 20ft. embankment, out of a river, lol.

This is my third Ram 2500 diesel. I have the Laramie level with the Level A group. The ride is very good for a truck especially a 3/4 ton, quite enough to have a normal conversation. I traded a 2023 Silverado LTZ for this Ram. There was no comparison in the solid closing feel and noise of the doors and the overall much better quality of the interior. The seats are comfortable for long trips. What can you say about the Cummins diesel that isn't already legend. It pulls like crazy, acceleration is good, my fuel mileage is 18.9 mpg with 80% suburban, 20% highway. I've had zero issues and don't expect any. Yes, I would buy another one without hesitation.

I don't do a ton of posting but I have to tell you all about my experience with this auto dealer! I am 57 years old and I have bought sold many cars and trucks throughout my lifetime. I can honestly tell you that this was the most pleasurable, most hassle free auto buying experience that I ever had. From the moment I walked in the door, test drove the vehicle, negotiated an amazing price, and got through financing, the whole process took no more than an hour and a half. I was so surprised and I can actually say dumbfounded when they called my name to sign the paperwork and hand me the keys to my new truck. I kid you not an hour and a half they could not have been nicer, they could not have been more accommodating and concerned with my needs and my price range and they got me into the vehicle that I wanted! I drove all the way from Palm Springs to Temecula and Greg Carey the Fleet / internet sales manager had the truck set aside for me with my name on it so it wouldn't be sold until I got there. The truck was detailed, filled with gasoline and the paperwork was ready. All we had to do was agree on a price and I was out of there. Have owned my 2022 2500 Tradesman for 14 months now. Very happy overall. Outstanding towing and payload capabilities. Quiet interior. Nice styling. I don't like the dial transmission control. Would prefer it if the infotaimment screen was angled toward the driver instead of flat. Also disappointed with the seating position with the manual seats. Felt like my butt sat too low. Remedied that with an aftermarket shim kit that raised the rear seat height 1/2". Much better. My first RAM. Would buy again.

Accordingly, to the dealership I originally purchased my vehicle from stated that I did not have a warranty when the vehicle was purchased. I went home and was able to contact Miguel with the information. I had my radio purchased and installed within a week. Again, thank you for your taking care of me. I bought this truck from Herritage DJC in Brigham City a year ago and it is without a doubt the best truck I have ever owned. It is a beautiful black color and has everything you could ever ask for in a truck. And speaking of that big 6.4 Hemi engine, it’s without a doubt a real neck snapper. I was having issues with the steering or alignment on my Jeep. I made the appointment and they got me in right away. Josh Petty was my service writer and he exceeded my expectations. He did a thorough inspection and made several recommendations. I appreciated this as I am always concerned for my safety as well as the safety of my passengers. The work was done in a quick manner and it is driving like a champ! I highly recommend Josh Petty, I could tell he really cares about the client.

I had an issue with my blower motor for my air conditioner making a lot of noise. The vehicle was under warranty and they inspected it and found, at least they claimed, the head of a mouse stuck inside the unit it was causing the noise. I had to leave my vehicle on a Monday before New Year's, and I received it back on Thursday. According to the repair process for most, if not all, Dodge dealers this was done somewhat expeditiously. A positive note is that I was given a rental coordinated through their in-house contracted rental company. They are also able to give me a truck to replace my truck at no cost. The service advisor, Kirk, was very good. He's been around a while and gives you accurate information. All in all it was a decent experience. But something has to be done about the long way times for repairs. I would recommend the dealer to anyone trying to decide where to take their vehicle for repair.

Great truck. Had issues with Def freezing below 12 degrees. Had to rig a heater cord on line to keep warm. Had to have it flashed once. Dodge did recall for CP4 pump changed back to the more reliable CP3. Still have a catch in the steering when turning. Dealer says it’s just normal. I disagree. Sometimes on a turn vehicle wants to go straight. Had an alignment which made the steering better and the ride better.

I was recently in the market for a new car for my son. My husband and I met Marty Striano, who is an exceptional salesman. Marty steered us into the purchase of a truck that we did not even really think about until he asked quite a few questions. Our son is going to a new trade school, but will also be working and he enjoys riding his dirt bike in his spare time. A truck ended up being the perfect vehicle for him. He was not going to be driving far so gas was not a huge worry. He spends a lot of time outdoors and he loves to go dirt bike riding so the truck is perfect to transport his dirt bike. Marty was just so patient and kind. I usually dread the car buying experience, but Marty made it quite pleasant. He even brought me nice coffee. Marty Striano is a great asset to DCH. I look forward to calling Marty again for our next car purchase.

I'm a farmer and need a good reliable hard working pickup. Ram delivers with their 6.7. Truck is a basic package so I don't worry that going in and out of fields and even bringing in a baby calf when it is cold out will destroy some fancy unneeded thing.
