Got online price with all taxes and fees and first responder discount/army discount. Close loop on price and get back added dealer options not requested of 900.00 brake light bulb, and 1,050.00 appearance protect and 3,000.00 MSRP surprise increase from yesterday solid Web price advertised. Mentioned other car in black shows -1,500 price decrease off msrp. Total 6,450.00 overcharge. Very interesting.

Power, beauty, and utility! Haul all week and drive to a cotillion on the weekend! I have received more compliments on this vehicle than any other I have owned, including a customized red and black striped ‘73 Mustang convertible and an ‘02 Z06. It can get up off the line or take me safely into work in a snow storm, all while looking great doing it. Only things it’s missing is a blower, a sun roof, and stereo amp. But then, if it had them, I’d never get out of it.

TJ was so helpful, he kept me updated with my 4 runner coming into the dealership and even sent pictures of the truck. I have recommended him to friends if they’re looking for a car. It was a bit of a drive for us, almost 4 hours but totally worth it. TJ and the dealership are like family, they gave us a great deal and helped me get the truck of my dreams. Thank you. Total INTEGRITY! Not like all the other low prices advertised on the internet who had all kinds of crazy add on?s and hidden fees. One even didn?t include freight with their advertised price and when I looked into it further it could have been $998.00-$1998.00! Was able to buy it for the advertised price, no hassle for not buying additional warranties or Ziebart treatment. Salesman Kevin Bauer was a pro and he made it easy to make the deal. I VERY highly recommend this dealership. Everyone was nice and friendly.

I was in a bad accident and wast boned I had broken arm an fingers my 2500 turbo diesel was hit rightfront side then I was thrown into oncoming traffic and hit again after all that just body damage thank goodness frame was not affected this truck and god saved my life and the fact that god protected me the Olive said if I wasn’t in a wellbuilt truck like I was I would have been killed, thank you Dodge Ram for building these so strong I love my Ram 2500 Turbo Diesel Ivan only speak highly of it it’s a 2014 with 17,000 on the mileage and damage cost ins 22,000 to fix!! N never had a problem about it used and it was a farm truck. It's a little rusty but it runs its butt off but having problems with the electrical in the steering column . Need to get it fixed

I have had other trucks “gas” and BMW’s ! With gas prices soaring and extremely expensive I traded in the gas for the New Turbo Diesel Cummins 6.7 ! On the highway this motor gets 20-21 miles per gallon with a range of 400-450 miles per fill up! Verified with my own eyes! This Ram 2500 gets better gas mileage than any vehicle I have ever owned ! A bit more expensive, but you’re going to make up for it in fuel! Extremely happy with this Truck! Feels powerful , sounds great, comfortable with a lot of options, cameras all around it so you can see everything surrounding you! I haven’t towed anything yet but what I have heard it even gets better with more weight behind it

First time we’ve ordered a vehicle sight unseen (except for photos) from out of state. Everyone at Midtown Auto were excellent to deal with and made the process extremely Easy. We we first impressed by their ability to find low mileage vehicles and then sell at such a reasonable price. When we received the car, we were impressed that it looked better than the photos and was in pristine condition. It was also full of gas and recently serviced….nice touch. Shipping was easy and FAST. Absolute Greatest Experience purchasing a new vehicle out of state from this dealership. CJ and his dealer staff were all very polite and professional. The purchase deal was made over a telephone call and we then drove 298 miles the next day from Illinois to pick up the vehicle. CJ had the perfect Chrysler Pacifica with an exact match for all of the options that we required along with the best “Out-the-Door” price that we could find within a radius of 400 miles. CJ had everything ready to finish the deal when we arrived. No upselling, no add-on pressures, and no negative tactics as typically found at every other dealership. Originally scheduled an appointment to see a Mazda Miata they had. Came across a Buick Cascada that they also had, and that seemed to be a better fit. Frank was very accommodating and helpful, willing to show me both vehicles. Great price on the Cascada, and he gave me an additional bit off, so I bought it. They have lots of vehicles, and he and his mechanic, Mike, were great!

Had the truck, a Tradesman, 3-years and not a single problem with it, besides what the previous owner did. They put leveling blocks on it and big tires that made it ride like a dump truck. Plenty of power with the 6.4l. Very reliable.

The service and everything i encountered was nothing less than outstanding. From the service writer the final checkout as always no complaints. And as always i know when i have to have my vehicle serviced i know it will and always be in good hands.

Rarely take time to write social media reviews. However experience I had at the dealership this week is worth a review. I was not needing a car, but always keeping an eye out for the right deal. On Tuesday of last week I had called in the morning to ask for a sales rep I had purchased from before. What could have been a honest mistake, I was put into voicemail. Not hearing back all day, I decided to call one more time as I was ready to pull the trigger on a near identical vehicle much closer to my house. This is when I sales person "Nick B" answered the phone. He informed me it was an honest mistake that I was put to voicemail of a former sales rep and that he would be happy to help. Having held management positions, and worked for good people in my career, I have to say, the energy and hustle was top notch. I explained the situation at the competing dealership and Nick cut through all the garbage negotiation and sales tactics that the other dealer tried to use on me (not knowing my background). In a matter of 60 minutes I had 3 phone calls from Nick setting the parameters of the deal. The next morning I was greeted by a text to ask if I was coming in at lunch or dinner. The weather was terrible for a drive to Dayton, and I was so tempted to just spend a little more money and head closer to make my purchase. I could not do it. Nick's hustle deserved a visit to look at the car. I arrived around dinner time and Nick was waiting at the door to greet me. The car was pulled up and we were ready to deal. Nick was efficient in execution as he was in setting up the deal. From getting payoffs, to coordinating the shop to ready the vehicle, to working with finance and matching the trade of the other dealer. I had other sales people that you would sit in the dealer for multiple hours waiting to get through. Some of this compliment also goes to Matt S. in Finance. Copies, signatures, even took the time to get me a refund for my trade in Lexus Warranty that I was not going to use. Customer was first with both of these gentlemen, not at the expense of the Company, but to be seamless and professional. The last part of the evening came when I was signing the paperwork. Matt told me that the detail team was not able to finish my car at the late hour, but would be happy to do so over the weekend if I wanted to come back. As I was saying I just wanted the plastic off the floor and the mats in, Nick came in the office and said he already had it done while transferring my plates. Nick also did not forget another small detail I had emphasized to him at the outset. I travel a lot and have a laptop in my car. It is imperative that I have a privacy shield cover over the cargo area. To end my experience, Nick did not forget that request. Lexus no longer sells them in parts, something I noticed even with the GX back in 2020. So Nick had me drive into the garage out of the rain, helped me move my belongings to the new car, then took me up to the "lost and found". Again, not additional expense to the company, but more time for him. Nick at the late hour was going through every privacy cover with a measuring tape to get me squared away. We ended up not finding one, but how could I be disappointed with that effort. To anyone buying a car, I cannot guarantee your sales person will give the same experience, but there is no question that Nick was a professional and will have me back for my next car which is due in about another year. In a still tight labor market, it is tough to find employees like that.

I bought this truck from Herritage DJC in Brigham City a year ago and it is without a doubt the best truck I have ever owned. It is a beautiful black color and has everything you could ever ask for in a truck. And speaking of that big 6.4 Hemi engine, it’s without a doubt a real neck snapper.
