I bought this truck from Herritage DJC in Brigham City a year ago and it is without a doubt the best truck I have ever owned. It is a beautiful black color and has everything you could ever ask for in a truck. And speaking of that big 6.4 Hemi engine, it’s without a doubt a real neck snapper. I first bought a 2019 F150 but as I stood outside the vehicle we could hear a knock. Adrian took it to service and they found a cracked head. I bought the truck first week of June needing it for a trip at the end of June. They did not have it fixed so Ford rented me a truck for the trip. When I got back truck was still not fixed. Jeff the service manager said that even tech support was stumped. Adrian had already started looking for a suitable replacement and showed me 3 other trucks. I picked the 2018 and it is great. I think better than I was getting. Ford rewrote the deal, this truck had the same warranty for being under 100000 miles so everything is great. I have had the truck for a week now and I really like it.

My only problem with the truck is when towing my 5th wheel trailer the trailer light goes on and off when the light is I don’t have brakes

I have always had Dodge/Ram Trucks I won't buy anything else. they are built to last; they are worth every penny. they have a great towing power and are a powerful trucks.

Randean was my salesman and he was more than helpful and understanding of where i needed to be in order to make the purchase. He was very professional but also very authentic and personable. In my opinion that made the car buying process less grueling. They didn't try to upsell me on un needed services or warranties and Randean was able to get the cost of the vehicle and my payments within a few dollars of where i need to be and I couldn't be more happy with my purchase. Great truck. Had issues with Def freezing below 12 degrees. Had to rig a heater cord on line to keep warm. Had to have it flashed once. Dodge did recall for CP4 pump changed back to the more reliable CP3. Still have a catch in the steering when turning. Dealer says it’s just normal. I disagree. Sometimes on a turn vehicle wants to go straight. Had an alignment which made the steering better and the ride better.

I went to Prestige on a whim, not sure if I would find a truck I wanted. They ended up having the PERFECT truck in stock! The entire sales team, including my main sales guys, Mike, were awesome. Despite me knowing what I was buying, Mike still took the time to explain all of the features in the truck and was with me through the entire process. The finance office had everything together and the process was smooth. I will definitely be back in the future!

I'm a farmer and need a good reliable hard working pickup. Ram delivers with their 6.7. Truck is a basic package so I don't worry that going in and out of fields and even bringing in a baby calf when it is cold out will destroy some fancy unneeded thing.

Power, beauty, and utility! Haul all week and drive to a cotillion on the weekend! I have received more compliments on this vehicle than any other I have owned, including a customized red and black striped ‘73 Mustang convertible and an ‘02 Z06. It can get up off the line or take me safely into work in a snow storm, all while looking great doing it. Only things it’s missing is a blower, a sun roof, and stereo amp. But then, if it had them, I’d never get out of it.

I have a 2022 2500 diesel Longhorn, that has had numerous problems with the DEF SOFTWARE. After 3 to 4 trips (50,000 miles) to the Dealership, they replaced the DEF tank and it seemed to fix the problem. I currently have 56,000+ miles with no further problems. Other than that I am extremely pleased with my 2500 Longhorn.

Solid truck and great performance. Normal driving is fine, I use it as my daily driver.....but it also pulls our 40' 5th Wheel from Oklahoma to Colorado with ease and has pulled 4wheelers up a 20ft. embankment, out of a river, lol.

There are enough words to describe how truly wonderful Jack Jackson is. He is the exact opposite of the stereotypical “pushy” used car salesman. We visited another Toyota dealership in Orlando and encountered just that. They had the exact car that I was looking for but I wasn’t comfortable with the high pressure atmosphere. We left and ventured to Phillips Toyota in Leesburg and were very blessed to meet Jack. He was kind, funny-which I desperately needed as the car purchase was not desired rather due to an accident, and most importantly he came off as being very honest and acted with integrity which was far different from the last encounter. Some hold the belief that purchases are a result of the salesperson and not the product. True. True. True. I truthfully preferred the car at the Orlando dearlership, a Prius C (smaller version and easier to park for me) versus the traditional Prius available at Jack’s location. Jack himself had everything to do with my decision. My parents were visiting from Colorado and we just connected with him. I truly view him as a friend and give him my highest recommendation. This is my third Ram 2500 diesel. I have the Laramie level with the Level A group. The ride is very good for a truck especially a 3/4 ton, quite enough to have a normal conversation. I traded a 2023 Silverado LTZ for this Ram. There was no comparison in the solid closing feel and noise of the doors and the overall much better quality of the interior. The seats are comfortable for long trips. What can you say about the Cummins diesel that isn't already legend. It pulls like crazy, acceleration is good, my fuel mileage is 18.9 mpg with 80% suburban, 20% highway. I've had zero issues and don't expect any. Yes, I would buy another one without hesitation.
