I bought this truck from Herritage DJC in Brigham City a year ago and it is without a doubt the best truck I have ever owned. It is a beautiful black color and has everything you could ever ask for in a truck. And speaking of that big 6.4 Hemi engine, it’s without a doubt a real neck snapper. I recently wrote an honest review regarding our negative experience. Within a day of the review a manager of the dealership called and said they wanted to repair the problem. They did end up repairing at no cost to us and also gave us another truck to drive while they had ours. The door and door locks now work perfectly and we appreciate their effort to make it right. I was unable to remove or edit my previous review, so wanted to be sure to leave another to share that they did end up correcting the problem. We are pleased.

Power, beauty, and utility! Haul all week and drive to a cotillion on the weekend! I have received more compliments on this vehicle than any other I have owned, including a customized red and black striped ‘73 Mustang convertible and an ‘02 Z06. It can get up off the line or take me safely into work in a snow storm, all while looking great doing it. Only things it’s missing is a blower, a sun roof, and stereo amp. But then, if it had them, I’d never get out of it.

i like the power and comfort of this truck. the fuel mileage is excellent and the comfort was very good on the 600 mile ride home.

I was able to get a standard oil and filter service on very short notice. Was very happy they worked me into their schedule.

My only problem with the truck is when towing my 5th wheel trailer the trailer light goes on and off when the light is I don’t have brakes

He treated me like I was a regular at this business. Didn't feel pressure to buy and he even topped off the car with gas after purchasing even though it was at half a tank. I was in a bad accident and wast boned I had broken arm an fingers my 2500 turbo diesel was hit rightfront side then I was thrown into oncoming traffic and hit again after all that just body damage thank goodness frame was not affected this truck and god saved my life and the fact that god protected me the Olive said if I wasn’t in a wellbuilt truck like I was I would have been killed, thank you Dodge Ram for building these so strong I love my Ram 2500 Turbo Diesel Ivan only speak highly of it it’s a 2014 with 17,000 on the mileage and damage cost ins 22,000 to fix!! I have a 2022 2500 diesel Longhorn, that has had numerous problems with the DEF SOFTWARE. After 3 to 4 trips (50,000 miles) to the Dealership, they replaced the DEF tank and it seemed to fix the problem. I currently have 56,000+ miles with no further problems. Other than that I am extremely pleased with my 2500 Longhorn.

I was looking at a vehicle all the way from Michigan around 3 hours away. I contacted Brian and he first made sure that the vehicle was on the property and that he laid eyes upon it. He also to a close look at the vehicle and sent me a video of the vehicle to make sure that I didn't drive 3 hours without knowing the condition of the vehicle. While I didn't end up buying the vehicle the costumer service was amazing and despite the possible drive I will definitely consider this dealer in the future.

After some long thought, I traded my 2000 Ram 2500 diesel for a like new 2014 Ram 2500 diesel longbed 4X4 last March. The truck averaged 20MPG which was nice, but my only wish was for some payload capacity. Since Ram went to coil springs this truck was rated at only 1970 lbs, which meant it could not haul a slide in camper or a fifth wheel safely. I should of done a little more research. So after 10 months of ownership, I traded it in on a 2018 Ram Dually so i can haul. So basically these new 2500 Rams are a mini van, unless you pull a trailer.

Dealership worked me in for an oil change (without an apt.) What I was most impressed by, was how friendly the staff was and very informative about my car without being pushy. This is a great service department. Quality work, know-how and friendliness. Will definitely be back

This has been the most wonderful truck. On the frwy when it shifted to the lower cylinder usage, it was so quiet and gas efficient. Johns Trim Shop topped off with a $2500 package. I hate to say goodbye but am retiring.

I took my Ram truck to New Carlisle Chrysler Collision Center for some scratches in the paint and a couple of paint chips. Matt was extremely professional and pleasant to deal with. He wanted to make sure that I got what I wanted. I scheduled it for a Monday and got it back Monday afternoon. They did a terrific job. Couldn't even notice the scratches. They fixed them without having to sand them down and repaint them. They even washed my truck before they returned it to me. If you ever need any collision or body work done, I highly recommend you take your car to Matt. He will make sure you are satisfied and at the best price in town.

Bought this truck for two reasons. Safety. Was hit from behind on my motorcycle and am disabled for life. Rear end my truck and you will regret it. Power. If I get better physically I want to tow a big 5th Wheel. Will tow any of them.

Its a diesel powered truck so its used to haul which it does with ease, but its comfortable, roomy, handles well and overall a great truck
