I would first like to say thank you to Joe my sales rep and Carol the finance manager for making my car buying such a great experience. Not only was my buying experience flawless but the staff are wonderful people to work with. I actually traveled from Georgia to Columbiana, Ohio to buy a Dodge Charger Scat Pack because of the great deal on the car. There were no games, confusion, or deception. The staff are trustworthy and honest. I will recommend them to all of my friends who are looking for a Dodge vehicle.

Patrick was an extremely professional, no pressure salesman who works in an extremely comfortable environment who assisted was with the purchase of a RAM 2500. From arrival to completion he listened, acted and knew how to preform his duties in sales. Each employee were kind and willing to assist and professionally greeted.

Chris Hamilton was my sales guy and he was awesome. I live in Connecticut and found exactly what I was looking for at Klaben in Kent, Ohio. Chris FaceTimed me to show me more of the RAM 1500 I bought. He answered any questions I had and since I wasn’t familiar with buying a vehicle out of state and I was nervous something would go wrong after driving 8 hours i had a lot of questions. Chris passes me off to Kim who did the financing and she was awesome also. Such a smooth transaction.

i like the power and comfort of this truck. the fuel mileage is excellent and the comfort was very good on the 600 mile ride home.

The process was simple they did a sign and drive with me and when choosing my Jeep Wrangler they have so many to choose from. The finance manager was explained everything you needed to know. I will buy again.

The staff was efficient and pleasant although a longer wait than would have liked. Notwithstanding the waiting area is lovely and well stocked with beverages and snacks. A very good overall experience

5 stars. The service department saved me 9k in repairs. The service department worked with Chrysler Headquarters and obtained a new transmission for my car. I'm very happy. Jeep will be top of my list for a new car.

As always, Preston is a great service manager always very helpful and a pleasure to talk to. He keeps you updated and informed on what?s going on.

We just purchased a 2021 Buick Enclave from Lambert about 2 weeks ago after searching for the right Vehicle at a good price the last few months. We worked with Garrett Schneider, Sales Rep who helped us every step of the way. He was great, answered every question we had and made us feel very comfortable, since we had never purchased a vehicle sight unseen before. Once we purchased it, he helped us get it delivered right to our driveway (1200 miles away) in less than a week, even over a Holiday. We were NOT disappointed in our purchase 🙂 The vehicle was exactly as the description, pictures and Garrett had shared with us. I would give both Lambert and Garrett a 5 star rating and highly recommend them to anyone. I emailed Zac (the owner) about a Honda Ridgeline. I included all of my contact information and the next day he called. He answered all of my questions and we arranged a time on a Saturday for me to come out and see and test drive the Ridgeline. I liked it and he and I sat down and negotiated a fair price for it. He was very professional and down to earth. Good guy and I will definitely shop there again when I am in need of another car. A++

I was in a bad accident and wast boned I had broken arm an fingers my 2500 turbo diesel was hit rightfront side then I was thrown into oncoming traffic and hit again after all that just body damage thank goodness frame was not affected this truck and god saved my life and the fact that god protected me the Olive said if I wasn’t in a wellbuilt truck like I was I would have been killed, thank you Dodge Ram for building these so strong I love my Ram 2500 Turbo Diesel Ivan only speak highly of it it’s a 2014 with 17,000 on the mileage and damage cost ins 22,000 to fix!!
