Took in to fix light coming on re: Anti-lock brakes and Traction control. Didn't realize it was still under warranty, but was informed it was. They also identified a problem with the battery and replaced it under warranty as well. Parts were not in stock, so I was given a loaner at no charge. Also had some 30,000 mile maintenance done on the car. Staff was pleasant and knowledgeable.

I bought this truck from Herritage DJC in Brigham City a year ago and it is without a doubt the best truck I have ever owned. It is a beautiful black color and has everything you could ever ask for in a truck. And speaking of that big 6.4 Hemi engine, it’s without a doubt a real neck snapper. I knew exactly what I wanted and did a internet search. I live about 130 miles away for Greene Ford. I found the truck at Greene Ford and did a online inquiry. Within minutes JASON VIEIRA was calling me with details of the truck. As it turned out it was what I was looking for. I had driven several trucks at local dealers and knew I wanted a Ford. I called JASON and said I would be in the next day after work to purchase. That happened to be his day off but he came in. We did all the paperwork over the phone. JASON had the truck full of fuel and thoroughly went over the options and features. I did not get there until almost closing but they were very accommodating and stayed well after closing to make sure I was happy. I have had other trucks “gas” and BMW’s ! With gas prices soaring and extremely expensive I traded in the gas for the New Turbo Diesel Cummins 6.7 ! On the highway this motor gets 20-21 miles per gallon with a range of 400-450 miles per fill up! Verified with my own eyes! This Ram 2500 gets better gas mileage than any vehicle I have ever owned ! A bit more expensive, but you’re going to make up for it in fuel! Extremely happy with this Truck! Feels powerful , sounds great, comfortable with a lot of options, cameras all around it so you can see everything surrounding you! I haven’t towed anything yet but what I have heard it even gets better with more weight behind it

Power, beauty, and utility! Haul all week and drive to a cotillion on the weekend! I have received more compliments on this vehicle than any other I have owned, including a customized red and black striped ‘73 Mustang convertible and an ‘02 Z06. It can get up off the line or take me safely into work in a snow storm, all while looking great doing it. Only things it’s missing is a blower, a sun roof, and stereo amp. But then, if it had them, I’d never get out of it.

I have always dreaded buying a vehicle from a dealership because of the hours waiting—the back and forth to the manager’s office for approval of an offer, the slow, slow financing process, and then waiting some more for the vehicle to be retrieved and cleaned. But Jay McCallum made sure we didn’t have to experience all that, even with his busy schedule. He made the process efficient, organized and friendly! I bought the 6.4L Hemi with 8 Speed Automatic transmission in an 8' bed. I love the way it drives and with plenty of power to pull most anything I will ever pull. Very satisfied with my purchase.

No we didnt get what we wanted, but we were given goals and timelines to meet those goals, because' they work for you" and are trying to build a relationship not a bankroll. We love this dealership. They have our best interest first and foremost. you just have to go in with an open mind not a strong opinion. Especially if your credit is not so Kosher. There is always a solution never a problem.

Looked around for an HD truck and settled on a Tradesman with the 6.4 Hemi. Only have 1k miles on it, but so far so good. Waaayy quieter than my F150 I traded. Also smoother than I expected from a 3/4 ton 4x4. Even though it is a lower model the interior is very nice. So far I'm very happy with my new Ram.

My overall experience with this dealership and sales associates were very pleasant and sufficient. I was able to take my time in selecting my vehicle and was given accurate pricing info as I had already did my research for the car I was interested in. I wasn't pushed into a car I didn't want or desire after I decline to purchase the original car I went to the dealership to test drive. The associate took the time to look through the online lists of cars within a 150 miles of his dealership and after locating a car that I liked he was able to have the car transferred in from another state free of charge. I was called when the car arrived and made an appointment to check it out and I made a purchase.

Needed a 2500 with Diesel towing power. So far this truck has lived up to all of my expectations... comfort, performance and style all meet my expectations thus far.
