I don't do a ton of posting but I have to tell you all about my experience with this auto dealer! I am 57 years old and I have bought sold many cars and trucks throughout my lifetime. I can honestly tell you that this was the most pleasurable, most hassle free auto buying experience that I ever had. From the moment I walked in the door, test drove the vehicle, negotiated an amazing price, and got through financing, the whole process took no more than an hour and a half. I was so surprised and I can actually say dumbfounded when they called my name to sign the paperwork and hand me the keys to my new truck. I kid you not an hour and a half they could not have been nicer, they could not have been more accommodating and concerned with my needs and my price range and they got me into the vehicle that I wanted! I drove all the way from Palm Springs to Temecula and Greg Carey the Fleet / internet sales manager had the truck set aside for me with my name on it so it wouldn't be sold until I got there. The truck was detailed, filled with gasoline and the paperwork was ready. All we had to do was agree on a price and I was out of there. Do yourself a solid and go see Greg and his team, and you'll have the best buying experience of your life I promise. Many many appreciative thanks to all the guys and gals there that made this such a pleasurable experience!

My only problem with the truck is when towing my 5th wheel trailer the trailer light goes on and off when the light is I don’t have brakes

I was in a bad accident and wast boned I had broken arm an fingers my 2500 turbo diesel was hit rightfront side then I was thrown into oncoming traffic and hit again after all that just body damage thank goodness frame was not affected this truck and god saved my life and the fact that god protected me the Olive said if I wasn’t in a wellbuilt truck like I was I would have been killed, thank you Dodge Ram for building these so strong I love my Ram 2500 Turbo Diesel Ivan only speak highly of it it’s a 2014 with 17,000 on the mileage and damage cost ins 22,000 to fix!! I bought this truck from Herritage DJC in Brigham City a year ago and it is without a doubt the best truck I have ever owned. It is a beautiful black color and has everything you could ever ask for in a truck. And speaking of that big 6.4 Hemi engine, it’s without a doubt a real neck snapper. Well I went to check out the cars dealership is pretty clean cars are excellent but I couldn't find a car that fit my needs

N never had a problem about it used and it was a farm truck. It's a little rusty but it runs its butt off but having problems with the electrical in the steering column . Need to get it fixed

I had an issue with my blower motor for my air conditioner making a lot of noise. The vehicle was under warranty and they inspected it and found, at least they claimed, the head of a mouse stuck inside the unit it was causing the noise. I had to leave my vehicle on a Monday before New Year's, and I received it back on Thursday. According to the repair process for most, if not all, Dodge dealers this was done somewhat expeditiously. A positive note is that I was given a rental coordinated through their in-house contracted rental company. They are also able to give me a truck to replace my truck at no cost. The service advisor, Kirk, was very good. He's been around a while and gives you accurate information. All in all it was a decent experience. But something has to be done about the long way times for repairs. I would recommend the dealer to anyone trying to decide where to take their vehicle for repair.

Power, beauty, and utility! Haul all week and drive to a cotillion on the weekend! I have received more compliments on this vehicle than any other I have owned, including a customized red and black striped ‘73 Mustang convertible and an ‘02 Z06. It can get up off the line or take me safely into work in a snow storm, all while looking great doing it. Only things it’s missing is a blower, a sun roof, and stereo amp. But then, if it had them, I’d never get out of it.

Malika in Sales is all you can ask for …. She provides accurate info, great at follow up and if she doesn’t have the answer, she tracks it down in a very timely manner. It was a pleasure working with her and I hope to work with her again in the future.

I bought the 6.4L Hemi with 8 Speed Automatic transmission in an 8' bed. I love the way it drives and with plenty of power to pull most anything I will ever pull. Very satisfied with my purchase.

This has been the most wonderful truck. On the frwy when it shifted to the lower cylinder usage, it was so quiet and gas efficient. Johns Trim Shop topped off with a $2500 package. I hate to say goodbye but am retiring.
