Excellent experience. My husband and I saw a used vehicle online and drove from Burlington to see it. John at BMW was an excellent and personable salesman. He answered all our questions, was very patient, and very kind. He worked very hard to get us a deal we were happy with. Most of all, he made us laugh and treated us well. I bought this truck from Herritage DJC in Brigham City a year ago and it is without a doubt the best truck I have ever owned. It is a beautiful black color and has everything you could ever ask for in a truck. And speaking of that big 6.4 Hemi engine, it’s without a doubt a real neck snapper. Its a diesel powered truck so its used to haul which it does with ease, but its comfortable, roomy, handles well and overall a great truck

The service department was an excellent experience. I was kept informed about what was wrong and what it would take to fix it.

I had the linkage recall replaced May 2019. Jan 2021 I replace the tires and as a part of the package, it had an alignment for the Trk. It was slightly off and it has always pulled to the right slightly. The Mechanic stated he could not finish the alignment as the recall required the linkage to have the nuts welded.... If you are going to have the recall fixed, make sure you do an alignment 1st .....
