I bought this truck from Herritage DJC in Brigham City a year ago and it is without a doubt the best truck I have ever owned. It is a beautiful black color and has everything you could ever ask for in a truck. And speaking of that big 6.4 Hemi engine, it’s without a doubt a real neck snapper. I recently wrote an honest review regarding our negative experience. Within a day of the review a manager of the dealership called and said they wanted to repair the problem. They did end up repairing at no cost to us and also gave us another truck to drive while they had ours. The door and door locks now work perfectly and we appreciate their effort to make it right. I was unable to remove or edit my previous review, so wanted to be sure to leave another to share that they did end up correcting the problem. We are pleased.

Patrick was an extremely professional, no pressure salesman who works in an extremely comfortable environment who assisted was with the purchase of a RAM 2500. From arrival to completion he listened, acted and knew how to preform his duties in sales. Each employee were kind and willing to assist and professionally greeted.

My only problem with the truck is when towing my 5th wheel trailer the trailer light goes on and off when the light is I don’t have brakes

Ricardo Rutledge was a great sales consultant! He cared about my daughter’s safety with her becoming a new mom and selected the best vehicle with the options that fit her! He answered all of our questions and went above and beyond. Highly recommend this company. We currently have 2 loans through GMC. Never had any issues. They replace the FOB batteries for free anytime they get low on battery.

Great truck. Had issues with Def freezing below 12 degrees. Had to rig a heater cord on line to keep warm. Had to have it flashed once. Dodge did recall for CP4 pump changed back to the more reliable CP3. Still have a catch in the steering when turning. Dealer says it’s just normal. I disagree. Sometimes on a turn vehicle wants to go straight. Had an alignment which made the steering better and the ride better.

I bought the 6.4L Hemi with 8 Speed Automatic transmission in an 8' bed. I love the way it drives and with plenty of power to pull most anything I will ever pull. Very satisfied with my purchase.

Total INTEGRITY! Not like all the other low prices advertised on the internet who had all kinds of crazy add on?s and hidden fees. One even didn?t include freight with their advertised price and when I looked into it further it could have been $998.00-$1998.00! Was able to buy it for the advertised price, no hassle for not buying additional warranties or Ziebart treatment. Salesman Kevin Bauer was a pro and he made it easy to make the deal. I had the linkage recall replaced May 2019. Jan 2021 I replace the tires and as a part of the package, it had an alignment for the Trk. It was slightly off and it has always pulled to the right slightly. The Mechanic stated he could not finish the alignment as the recall required the linkage to have the nuts welded.... If you are going to have the recall fixed, make sure you do an alignment 1st .....

I'm a farmer and need a good reliable hard working pickup. Ram delivers with their 6.7. Truck is a basic package so I don't worry that going in and out of fields and even bringing in a baby calf when it is cold out will destroy some fancy unneeded thing.
