So thankful he was able to arrange a driver to take me home during the 3-4 hour service and pick me back up when my car was ready. Even better, my car was vacuumed and beautifully washed waiting for me. That was a great surprise! Especially after my last service at Crain Kia Fayetteville not going well at all. So bad I swear I would go back… I truly appreciate Crain Kia Bentonville’s excellent customer service, attention to detail and going above and beyond to ensure I felt safe leaving in my vehicle after my Fayetteville service left me a little traumatized. Yesterday I gave a very negative review. I should have waited. Today I had a call from Ryan the Service Manager and he understood my my frustration. After talking I found out he had been the Service Manager at the Dealership I had used for 10 years before I bought my Renegade. Now I have confidence all will be OK. If anyone has had a bad experience like I had give him a chance to fix the problem, I am sure you won't be disappointed.
2020 RAM 2500 Tradesman review
Great truck.
Great truck. Had issues with Def freezing below 12 degrees. Had to rig a heater cord on line to keep warm. Had to have it flashed once. Dodge did recall for CP4 pump changed back to the more reliable CP3. Still have a catch in the steering when turning. Dealer says it’s just normal. I disagree. Sometimes on a turn vehicle wants to go straight. Had an alignment which made the steering better and the ride better.
