Used RAM 2500 trucks for sale near Kidron, OH under $40,000

My name is keven Owens and I wrote a review about two weeks ago about the service that was provided to me and my wife Debra by this dealership and I may have wrote that review in haste. The company actually was very good to us and bent some rules to accommodate us in purchasing a vehicle from them. Also they, without seeing this vehicle in person made repairs that they didn't have to on our behalf. The staff WAS very patient and caring. I was having a bad day when I wrote that review two weeks ago and I am recinding that last review. Thank you!

Had the truck, a Tradesman, 3-years and not a single problem with it, besides what the previous owner did. They put leveling blocks on it and big tires that made it ride like a dump truck. Plenty of power with the 6.4l. Very reliable.

Brandon was great! By far the best experience I've had at a dealership. They didn’t try to oversell and straight to the point. I knew what I wanted and they picked up on it right away and worked well with me. Not overwhelming at all. I will definitely be shopping here again in the future.

Its a diesel powered truck so its used to haul which it does with ease, but its comfortable, roomy, handles well and overall a great truck

This has been the most wonderful truck. On the frwy when it shifted to the lower cylinder usage, it was so quiet and gas efficient. Johns Trim Shop topped off with a $2500 package. I hate to say goodbye but am retiring.

I bought this truck from Herritage DJC in Brigham City a year ago and it is without a doubt the best truck I have ever owned. It is a beautiful black color and has everything you could ever ask for in a truck. And speaking of that big 6.4 Hemi engine, it’s without a doubt a real neck snapper. I was in a bad accident and wast boned I had broken arm an fingers my 2500 turbo diesel was hit rightfront side then I was thrown into oncoming traffic and hit again after all that just body damage thank goodness frame was not affected this truck and god saved my life and the fact that god protected me the Olive said if I wasn’t in a wellbuilt truck like I was I would have been killed, thank you Dodge Ram for building these so strong I love my Ram 2500 Turbo Diesel Ivan only speak highly of it it’s a 2014 with 17,000 on the mileage and damage cost ins 22,000 to fix!! I bought an Alfa Romeo SUV recently from R21 Motorsports. After 4 days I began experiencing engine trouble. I also purchased an extended warranty with the car, a practice I would recommend for ANY car purchase NOWADAYS. The warranty broker Nick S. worked tirelessly with the dealer to work out a solution that worked for all parties involved. This was an unfortunate situation, but to Tad and the dealership's credit they stood behind the product they sold and worked out a solution that was fair for all parties involved. Based on my experience with a difficult situation that they stepped up on, I would recommend purchasing a vehicle from R21.

I had the linkage recall replaced May 2019. Jan 2021 I replace the tires and as a part of the package, it had an alignment for the Trk. It was slightly off and it has always pulled to the right slightly. The Mechanic stated he could not finish the alignment as the recall required the linkage to have the nuts welded.... If you are going to have the recall fixed, make sure you do an alignment 1st .....

Was waited on promptly and was allowed all the time I needed to go over the car and test drive. So glad I went there. I'm very happy with my purchase.

In 2020 of July I purchased a 2016 Ram 2500 Longhorn 4X4 Cummings 6.7. This was my 3rd Dodge 2500 I've owned. The increase in power was impressive. It’s has a smother ride than previous trucks I’ve owned. Suspension improvements make for a very comfortable ride. Safety upgrades helped reduce insurance costs. The negatives are factory’s mpg projections are higher than real life by a couple of mpg. Engine oil filter is a royal pain to change. There is a lag in response when accelerating from a dead start. I do like how this truck responds pulling my 6000 pound boat up hill at the same speed as if it’s on a level road.

Truck meets my needs, plenty of power to tow my trailer. The OEM tires (Firestone Transverse) are trash and a disappointment. Such compromise does not benefit Ram reputation. Would prefer better fuel economy.
