It was just an oil and filter change which went well. I always have my car serviced there because I hope to trade it in over there.

My only problem with the truck is when towing my 5th wheel trailer the trailer light goes on and off when the light is I don’t have brakes

I bought this truck from Herritage DJC in Brigham City a year ago and it is without a doubt the best truck I have ever owned. It is a beautiful black color and has everything you could ever ask for in a truck. And speaking of that big 6.4 Hemi engine, it’s without a doubt a real neck snapper. I have a 2022 2500 diesel Longhorn, that has had numerous problems with the DEF SOFTWARE. After 3 to 4 trips (50,000 miles) to the Dealership, they replaced the DEF tank and it seemed to fix the problem. I currently have 56,000+ miles with no further problems. Other than that I am extremely pleased with my 2500 Longhorn.

Pretty friendly and all in all honest. Car was ready for me to test drive. They trusted me to go on my own lol. When it came down to the sell, they allowed me to make my own decision. The buying process was quick and easy as well.

Its a diesel powered truck so its used to haul which it does with ease, but its comfortable, roomy, handles well and overall a great truck

I had the linkage recall replaced May 2019. Jan 2021 I replace the tires and as a part of the package, it had an alignment for the Trk. It was slightly off and it has always pulled to the right slightly. The Mechanic stated he could not finish the alignment as the recall required the linkage to have the nuts welded.... If you are going to have the recall fixed, make sure you do an alignment 1st .....

Solid truck and great performance. Normal driving is fine, I use it as my daily driver.....but it also pulls our 40' 5th Wheel from Oklahoma to Colorado with ease and has pulled 4wheelers up a 20ft. embankment, out of a river, lol.

Great response in getting back to in a timely fashion. I liked the sales staff. If they didn’t have an answer to a question they found it real fast and answered the question.

My wife's vehicle is very old, but she really likes it, so we keep it running. The dealership treats the car like it is brand new and has fixed several issues for us over the last year. They have done a great job and are meticulous about the work they do on her vehicle.

Truck meets my needs, plenty of power to tow my trailer. The OEM tires (Firestone Transverse) are trash and a disappointment. Such compromise does not benefit Ram reputation. Would prefer better fuel economy.

Hannah was amazing we originaly went in to have a recall done on my Fiancees Jeep and we decided to look around and after looking for a little while we found one she wanted to test drive and we were looking for someone and Hannah asked if we had been helped yet and she proceeded to help us we eneded up buyimg the Durango she test drove and her daughter was with and she looked at a car also again Hannah helped her also and she ended up buying a vehicle also So then it was my turn i ended up buying a brand new Jeep Renigade Hannah was so helpfull to all 3 of us and she is so knowledgeable and friendly Hannah went above and beyond to help us all find vehicles that met our needs i will definetly. The Turbodiesel is worth the extra $9000 or so. It's truly impressive on and off road. Even cornering is not bad given the nature of the vehicle.

Mind blowing! Fabulous. They take care of you better than family! Warranty was a great perk because we have had to use it and trust me. It covered more than we paid for it. Sales people like Chase add personal touches for their customers. I have never met a person there I haven’t liked. They truly want to help you out any way possible. I had a great experience buying a new Jeep Grand Cherokee L at Barnett Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of White Bear Lake. I found the Jeep I wanted online, contacted them and came to look at it. I worked with Nick and he was great to deal with. What I liked about Barnett is that their online list price was legitimate. I had contacted a few other places prior to Barnett and they kept adding on fees for this or that. One place wanted $400 to install a module so your brake light would flash, another said their online price included discounts for being a current lease holder and and first responder so I would need to add a couple thousand dollars to their list price. But Barnett didn't do that, they sold it to me for the price listed and gave me a reasonable trade in offer for my current Jeep. I did pay cash so I can't comment on financing but the paperwork was quick and efficient, overall great experience all around. It feels like an honest environment where they are straight shooters and not trying take advantage of anyone.

Had the truck, a Tradesman, 3-years and not a single problem with it, besides what the previous owner did. They put leveling blocks on it and big tires that made it ride like a dump truck. Plenty of power with the 6.4l. Very reliable.

Very roomy on the interior with great interior and exterior design. Lots of power, handles all terrain well and excellent on mpg for its size.

This has been the most wonderful truck. On the frwy when it shifted to the lower cylinder usage, it was so quiet and gas efficient. Johns Trim Shop topped off with a $2500 package. I hate to say goodbye but am retiring.

I was in a bad accident and wast boned I had broken arm an fingers my 2500 turbo diesel was hit rightfront side then I was thrown into oncoming traffic and hit again after all that just body damage thank goodness frame was not affected this truck and god saved my life and the fact that god protected me the Olive said if I wasn’t in a wellbuilt truck like I was I would have been killed, thank you Dodge Ram for building these so strong I love my Ram 2500 Turbo Diesel Ivan only speak highly of it it’s a 2014 with 17,000 on the mileage and damage cost ins 22,000 to fix!!
