Great truck. Had issues with Def freezing below 12 degrees. Had to rig a heater cord on line to keep warm. Had to have it flashed once. Dodge did recall for CP4 pump changed back to the more reliable CP3. Still have a catch in the steering when turning. Dealer says it’s just normal. I disagree. Sometimes on a turn vehicle wants to go straight. Had an alignment which made the steering better and the ride better.

Power, beauty, and utility! Haul all week and drive to a cotillion on the weekend! I have received more compliments on this vehicle than any other I have owned, including a customized red and black striped ‘73 Mustang convertible and an ‘02 Z06. It can get up off the line or take me safely into work in a snow storm, all while looking great doing it. Only things it’s missing is a blower, a sun roof, and stereo amp. But then, if it had them, I’d never get out of it.

We had a wonderful experience with Jordan @ Mark Martin. As an out of state buyer I was bit apprehensive but Jordan worked with us at every level and was very helpful in answering questions as well as timely communication back and forth. I have a 2022 2500 diesel Longhorn, that has had numerous problems with the DEF SOFTWARE. After 3 to 4 trips (50,000 miles) to the Dealership, they replaced the DEF tank and it seemed to fix the problem. I currently have 56,000+ miles with no further problems. Other than that I am extremely pleased with my 2500 Longhorn.

Solid truck and great performance. Normal driving is fine, I use it as my daily driver.....but it also pulls our 40' 5th Wheel from Oklahoma to Colorado with ease and has pulled 4wheelers up a 20ft. embankment, out of a river, lol.

It's been 2 mos since buying my '11 GMC DENALI dually from Lime Ridge. This is my third Ram 2500 diesel. I have the Laramie level with the Level A group. The ride is very good for a truck especially a 3/4 ton, quite enough to have a normal conversation. I traded a 2023 Silverado LTZ for this Ram. There was no comparison in the solid closing feel and noise of the doors and the overall much better quality of the interior. The seats are comfortable for long trips. What can you say about the Cummins diesel that isn't already legend. It pulls like crazy, acceleration is good, my fuel mileage is 18.9 mpg with 80% suburban, 20% highway. I've had zero issues and don't expect any. Yes, I would buy another one without hesitation.

We’ve been looking for a jeep gladiator for the past 2 months without any success. We tried staying local but no one wanted to deal so we expanded are search discovering Miracle Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Great buying experience with affordable prices that don’t break the bank. Plus a courtesy staff. It was definitely worth the 1.5 hour ride one way to find our jeep gladiator.

Have owned my 2022 2500 Tradesman for 14 months now. Very happy overall. Outstanding towing and payload capabilities. Quiet interior. Nice styling. I don't like the dial transmission control. Would prefer it if the infotaimment screen was angled toward the driver instead of flat. Also disappointed with the seating position with the manual seats. Felt like my butt sat too low. Remedied that with an aftermarket shim kit that raised the rear seat height 1/2". Much better. My first RAM. Would buy again.

I have had other trucks “gas” and BMW’s ! With gas prices soaring and extremely expensive I traded in the gas for the New Turbo Diesel Cummins 6.7 ! On the highway this motor gets 20-21 miles per gallon with a range of 400-450 miles per fill up! Verified with my own eyes! This Ram 2500 gets better gas mileage than any vehicle I have ever owned ! A bit more expensive, but you’re going to make up for it in fuel! Extremely happy with this Truck! Feels powerful , sounds great, comfortable with a lot of options, cameras all around it so you can see everything surrounding you! I haven’t towed anything yet but what I have heard it even gets better with more weight behind it

I bought this truck from Herritage DJC in Brigham City a year ago and it is without a doubt the best truck I have ever owned. It is a beautiful black color and has everything you could ever ask for in a truck. And speaking of that big 6.4 Hemi engine, it’s without a doubt a real neck snapper. I'm a farmer and need a good reliable hard working pickup. Ram delivers with their 6.7. Truck is a basic package so I don't worry that going in and out of fields and even bringing in a baby calf when it is cold out will destroy some fancy unneeded thing.

I took my Pacifica van in for a scheduled service appointment. They got me in right away. The job was scheduled to take two hours and sure enough I was updated at the two hour mark that they were just about done. They needed a few more minutes to download an update/ recall for the radio system. I appreciated the Crysler update as my radio would act up and freeze from time to time. The best part was that the job cost less than I was quoted by $60. How often does that happen??? My only downside was with the mechanic himself who did not clean up after himself. I had greasy/oily boot prints all over my interior trim pieces. I can't knock the dealership for that. The mechanic just needs to spend a minute to clean up. Lastly, I needed to use the restroom while I was there. The building and the restroom were older, but the restroom was clean and didn't smell. I really appreciated that. All in all it was a great experience.

Great experience! Fantastic dealership with a museum like feel. They took care of one minor problem I had with moisture in a headlight by replacing the headlight while I waited. Absolutely fantastic people, great service, quick paperwork turnaround.
