Shane & his fellow workers have the best customer skills around, especially during a time customer service is almost non-existent. Their body shop, mechanic's and sales persons are top notch. Not pushy, but very informative. I've had 20 years experience with them.

I was in a bad accident and wast boned I had broken arm an fingers my 2500 turbo diesel was hit rightfront side then I was thrown into oncoming traffic and hit again after all that just body damage thank goodness frame was not affected this truck and god saved my life and the fact that god protected me the Olive said if I wasn’t in a wellbuilt truck like I was I would have been killed, thank you Dodge Ram for building these so strong I love my Ram 2500 Turbo Diesel Ivan only speak highly of it it’s a 2014 with 17,000 on the mileage and damage cost ins 22,000 to fix!! My original appointment was cancelled without my knowing because the rep was at training, but the floor manager helped me get set up with another Sales Rep right away. Kevin, my new Sales Rep, was super helpful and helped my wife with our new purchase. The process was smooth and easy, and we really enjoyed our interaction with Kevin. Power, beauty, and utility! Haul all week and drive to a cotillion on the weekend! I have received more compliments on this vehicle than any other I have owned, including a customized red and black striped ‘73 Mustang convertible and an ‘02 Z06. It can get up off the line or take me safely into work in a snow storm, all while looking great doing it. Only things it’s missing is a blower, a sun roof, and stereo amp. But then, if it had them, I’d never get out of it.

I have had other trucks “gas” and BMW’s ! With gas prices soaring and extremely expensive I traded in the gas for the New Turbo Diesel Cummins 6.7 ! On the highway this motor gets 20-21 miles per gallon with a range of 400-450 miles per fill up! Verified with my own eyes! This Ram 2500 gets better gas mileage than any vehicle I have ever owned ! A bit more expensive, but you’re going to make up for it in fuel! Extremely happy with this Truck! Feels powerful , sounds great, comfortable with a lot of options, cameras all around it so you can see everything surrounding you! I haven’t towed anything yet but what I have heard it even gets better with more weight behind it

Its a diesel powered truck so its used to haul which it does with ease, but its comfortable, roomy, handles well and overall a great truck

I bought this truck from Herritage DJC in Brigham City a year ago and it is without a doubt the best truck I have ever owned. It is a beautiful black color and has everything you could ever ask for in a truck. And speaking of that big 6.4 Hemi engine, it’s without a doubt a real neck snapper. Had the truck, a Tradesman, 3-years and not a single problem with it, besides what the previous owner did. They put leveling blocks on it and big tires that made it ride like a dump truck. Plenty of power with the 6.4l. Very reliable.

I had the linkage recall replaced May 2019. Jan 2021 I replace the tires and as a part of the package, it had an alignment for the Trk. It was slightly off and it has always pulled to the right slightly. The Mechanic stated he could not finish the alignment as the recall required the linkage to have the nuts welded.... If you are going to have the recall fixed, make sure you do an alignment 1st .....

Hello all this is one xxxx of a dealership and the staff are absolutely the best. Please read my story below about morries buffalo and what they did to my vehicle and a huge huge shoutout to Dean, Cassie and Aaron in service for everything they have done to help us. Please visit this place: Don't get me wrong our sales person Mariah and Aaron in finance were absolutely awesome but what happened to us with this was messy and a safety risk to our family. We start when we bought our Explorer ST in Nov 2022 after we took the vehicle home we started having issues with it right away but we were actually rear ended so not able to drop it off for 5 months, then in May I took it to the service department with a long list to get fixed including a recall, we were actually out of state while they had my vehicle for 3 plus weeks, we got a call saying everything was done and fixed on the list and they were going to bring it to my house drop it off and pick up the loaner. After we get home only 3 of the 12 things were addressed I then proceeded to contact service and Tom the service manager where I called and left several messages and emails and not once heard back. Then again the vehicle was in another accident and lost it for another 2 months but in that time I tried to contact managers and service and still nothing, no response or anything just plain avoiding me. Then in July we took the Explorer to California on a 7k mile trip we started having issues on the way out which was addressed in the same day by a dealer in Las Angeles and 5 stars for them. On the way home we started noticing some noises and shutters and vibrations along with it driving really odd in corners and lose feeling. Once we got home still no calls or contact with anyone at Morries so I brought it to Lundeen Ford in Annandale and what a xxxx good team recommended them all day!!! After a very long inspection I was told it needed over 15k in warranty work and they told me that nothing that was presented to morries in May was fixed except the rear subframe and differential and the driver seat heater and a radio module. They also told me that the rear end was installed incorrectly and WE WERE LUCKY we were not in a serious accident on our long drive because the bolts for the rear sub frame were coming lose and they broke a bolt off of the rear driveshaft among some other very serious issues. There was over 35 lines of repair needed to be done and still through all this I still could not reach anyone but Aaron which was a help and also I was able to speak with Elias which is the operation manager for the company and I was given the run around about me not returning the vehicle to there dealer for repairs but oh I tried for months with no response from a single person. Elias then called me back a week later and said he could not help and would have the GM of the dealer contact me HIS NAME IS MARK, he told me he would speak with Lundeen and Consumer affairs. Consumer Affairs was an amazing help and worked very hard to get this all taken care of and made right with Lundeen no matter the cost. Finally consumer affairs got ahold of Mark after Dean could not reach him Dean is the service manager at Lundeen and Mark never returned his call but answered for consumer affairs and told them there was no responsibility from them at all they did nothing wrong she said "he acted as he did not care about the situation at all and was unwilling to help in any way well its been at Lundeen for 3.5 months and just about finished and I am paying over $600 in diagnostic costs when it should have been fixed right the first time in May at Morries while it was still under warranty but since they did not address the issues I asked anout the gold warranty expired and was no longer covered so Ford paid over 2k for repairs no longer covered with warranty I was asked to pay $150 of this total which I am blessed to have happen. This is just pieces of the story and I am so disappointed with morries.

Truck meets my needs, plenty of power to tow my trailer. The OEM tires (Firestone Transverse) are trash and a disappointment. Such compromise does not benefit Ram reputation. Would prefer better fuel economy.

Very roomy on the interior with great interior and exterior design. Lots of power, handles all terrain well and excellent on mpg for its size.

I didn't quite know what to buy when I went to Wolf Motors. I had made an appointment to look at an Expedition that I was told was coming in. Unfortunately (or fortunately?) that vehicle was sold before I could get there but I still kept my appointment hoping I could find a vehicle that would fit my needs. When I got there, I was met by David, who patiently listened to what I was looking for and then showed me a vehicle (which I didn't like). There was a Ford F-150 XLT sitting in the showroom, and my husband kept looking at it and he convinced me that it would fit what I was looking for. I wasn't interested in buying a 2021, so David set to work finding me a 2020 with low miles. He struck out twice with vehicles that was either already sold or were out being used by a manager. He then searched other dealers and was able to find one that had the specs I wanted. That truck now resides in our garage.

I have a 2022 2500 diesel Longhorn, that has had numerous problems with the DEF SOFTWARE. After 3 to 4 trips (50,000 miles) to the Dealership, they replaced the DEF tank and it seemed to fix the problem. I currently have 56,000+ miles with no further problems. Other than that I am extremely pleased with my 2500 Longhorn.

Had a flat tire on our 2022 Jeep Cherokee, vehicle didn't have a spare tire or fix a flat. Mike at Ryan's front counter was super to work with and found that we had roadside assistance. Got me the phone number and had the vehicle towed to Buffalo. Mike also ordered the fix a flat that was suppose to be in the vehicle when purchased. Service repaired the tire in a timely manner. Solid truck and great performance. Normal driving is fine, I use it as my daily driver.....but it also pulls our 40' 5th Wheel from Oklahoma to Colorado with ease and has pulled 4wheelers up a 20ft. embankment, out of a river, lol.

Didn’t pressure you into anything, knowlergable about the vehicle. Looked at it on a Saturday late afternoon, came back on Monday to pick up the vehicle and it was shiny clean and ready to go.

Had a great experience dealing with Anthony as my online sales agent. He was knowledgeable and helpful through the process which we essentially did entirely online, via text and via phone call. Negotiated a good and fair deal and when I showed up to purchase the truck (and see it for the first time, it was exactly as advertised). My wife and I worked with Amy Mattick to lease two new BMWs, a 2023 X5 and a 2023 M4. We went over the details of the X5 lease on a Zoom call and signed documents via DocuSign. I bought the 6.4L Hemi with 8 Speed Automatic transmission in an 8' bed. I love the way it drives and with plenty of power to pull most anything I will ever pull. Very satisfied with my purchase.
