This has been the most wonderful truck. On the frwy when it shifted to the lower cylinder usage, it was so quiet and gas efficient. Johns Trim Shop topped off with a $2500 package. I hate to say goodbye but am retiring.

i was looking for used suv most of my family and relatives are in car business they all sugested different make and model since i had limited buget they could not find me suv that i would like so i researched on line and fortunately fine the car that i liked and could be aforded at shaver automotive group i called them and told them my purchase limit we did negotiate the price over the phone the response from dealer was very considerable and udrestanding so we drove to dealer and checked the suv and finally we like it the dealer had allready had put 4 new tiers oil change new brake new wiper and etc the car looked like new car the managment and salesmen where very honest and helpful finally i bought a suv with my limited buget and my family car dealer look at the car and were suprised and could not believe i could buy such beautiful suv with my limited buget here i would like to thanks and appreciale the help udrestanding of management i recomend this dealership to my friends

My only problem with the truck is when towing my 5th wheel trailer the trailer light goes on and off when the light is I don’t have brakes

Power, beauty, and utility! Haul all week and drive to a cotillion on the weekend! I have received more compliments on this vehicle than any other I have owned, including a customized red and black striped ‘73 Mustang convertible and an ‘02 Z06. It can get up off the line or take me safely into work in a snow storm, all while looking great doing it. Only things it’s missing is a blower, a sun roof, and stereo amp. But then, if it had them, I’d never get out of it.

service adviser that helped me was very informative the shop was very clean and organized and the job that the mechanic did was very satisfactory.

I have a 2022 2500 diesel Longhorn, that has had numerous problems with the DEF SOFTWARE. After 3 to 4 trips (50,000 miles) to the Dealership, they replaced the DEF tank and it seemed to fix the problem. I currently have 56,000+ miles with no further problems. Other than that I am extremely pleased with my 2500 Longhorn.

Great truck. Had issues with Def freezing below 12 degrees. Had to rig a heater cord on line to keep warm. Had to have it flashed once. Dodge did recall for CP4 pump changed back to the more reliable CP3. Still have a catch in the steering when turning. Dealer says it’s just normal. I disagree. Sometimes on a turn vehicle wants to go straight. Had an alignment which made the steering better and the ride better.

I bought this truck from Herritage DJC in Brigham City a year ago and it is without a doubt the best truck I have ever owned. It is a beautiful black color and has everything you could ever ask for in a truck. And speaking of that big 6.4 Hemi engine, it’s without a doubt a real neck snapper. Alex and Juan from the Service department are amazing! My boyfriend dropped off his vehicle this past Saturday for an inspection. We returned later that evening for an update, and Alex let us know that their mechanic found an issue. Alex mentioned that it would take a few days to resolve, considering it was the weekend. During this time, Juan was already in the process of getting a rental started without being asked! Simply amazing! Alex has truly gone above and beyond to take care of us while our vehicle is being serviced. He has kept us updated the entire time, and we never had to worry or feel stressed through this process. I have had other trucks “gas” and BMW’s ! With gas prices soaring and extremely expensive I traded in the gas for the New Turbo Diesel Cummins 6.7 ! On the highway this motor gets 20-21 miles per gallon with a range of 400-450 miles per fill up! Verified with my own eyes! This Ram 2500 gets better gas mileage than any vehicle I have ever owned ! A bit more expensive, but you’re going to make up for it in fuel! Extremely happy with this Truck! Feels powerful , sounds great, comfortable with a lot of options, cameras all around it so you can see everything surrounding you! I haven’t towed anything yet but what I have heard it even gets better with more weight behind it

Great service. They always have a package deal for oil changes. I feel like the service is fast. Saturdays are a little busy but other than that, no issues.

I'm a farmer and need a good reliable hard working pickup. Ram delivers with their 6.7. Truck is a basic package so I don't worry that going in and out of fields and even bringing in a baby calf when it is cold out will destroy some fancy unneeded thing.

1st Ram I’ve ever owned went with 2020 6.7 Cummins tradesman with Ram box. My first choice was Ford F-250 diesel, but couldn’t find any dealership with them during the shortages. Went with Dodge cummins do pull dump trailer an excavator. Overall I’ve been really impressed, I’ve put this truck through xxxx and it has answered. The countless number of property improvements have been amazing! Pros interior, radio, and ride…great for road trips and hwy mileage is 20+ mpg. Cons, doors are clunky and heavy, recalls…can’t keep up with all the recalls, ram box is poorly designed doesn’t ever shut right…would advise against. Overall it’s a good looking truck, and it’s a work horse….definitely heavy duty!

Although I didn't end up purchasing a vehicle from STA, I'm happy to have discovered them. Jonathan took care of me right away, and allowed me to fully test the Cayenne GTS that drew me to the dealer. Things to note - This 3rd party dealer specializes in Porsche sales and repairs, that means they have a great inventory of older to newer Porsche's for sale and a full mechanic shop on site. So why not 5 stars overall? Well, unfortunately the GTS they had wasn't in the best shape and clearly needed some TLC before being shown for sale (car parts in the trunk, battery dead, ash tray stuck open). Now this could have been due to bad timing on my part but still - if you are going to specialize in Porsche sales and charge at the higher end of the cars value then the cars on the lot need to exude the German values the brand is known for. That being said I have my eyes on future offerings from this dealer and hope something wows me into a sale next time.

I bought the 6.4L Hemi with 8 Speed Automatic transmission in an 8' bed. I love the way it drives and with plenty of power to pull most anything I will ever pull. Very satisfied with my purchase.
