I called the service department as soon as my engine light went on. My Service Manager Frank Russo told me to bring it right in. Thankfully I did as one of the cylinders in my engine blew. I had my Jeep returned within 48hrs.

Patrick was an extremely professional, no pressure salesman who works in an extremely comfortable environment who assisted was with the purchase of a RAM 2500. From arrival to completion he listened, acted and knew how to preform his duties in sales. Each employee were kind and willing to assist and professionally greeted.

Our Jeep Wrangler 4XE had an issue with a recent update. Even though they had a dozen other vehicles to deal with, they were able to take ours on a Saturday and get us a loaner car. We had our Jeep back on Monday! Courtney and Briana are the best! Thank you for taking care of us! We love you guys!

Great place to take you car for service I did a 40k mike service on my Jeep Wrangler I came out from dealer my Jeep was running better than before I was very satisfied with service and customer service was top of line,Kenneth wa las excellent at explaining everything he will do to my Jeep call multiple times to keep me posted.The price was fair,i rather have professionals to work on my car than anybody else.

Power, beauty, and utility! Haul all week and drive to a cotillion on the weekend! I have received more compliments on this vehicle than any other I have owned, including a customized red and black striped ‘73 Mustang convertible and an ‘02 Z06. It can get up off the line or take me safely into work in a snow storm, all while looking great doing it. Only things it’s missing is a blower, a sun roof, and stereo amp. But then, if it had them, I’d never get out of it.

Fares was a huge help in the car buying process and I cannot thank him enough for his great customer service. I bought the vehicle from him out- of-state, sight unseen and it is exactly as he described. What's even more impressive is that the car was delivered from New Jersey to Ohio exactly one week after I closed on the loan. Its a diesel powered truck so its used to haul which it does with ease, but its comfortable, roomy, handles well and overall a great truck

I had a wonderful experience with this dealership in factory ordering my vehicle with “Manny”. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. If you are looking to buy a Jeep, this is the place. Only takeaway is when I took delivery of the vehicle. The PDI team needs to pay attention to detail, insuring the interior is dust off and adding tire shine to make the car shine when you walk down the steps delivery day.

I came from Poughkeepsie to look for a jeep. These guys were amazing to work with were honest. Made u feel very comfortable!! The showroom is very welcoming and warm. They make sure my visit was comfortable and didn’t keep me there longer than I should’ve. My salesman Romeo Deluca was wonderful. He made me feel like I knew what I was doing even though I didn’t. I have a 2022 2500 diesel Longhorn, that has had numerous problems with the DEF SOFTWARE. After 3 to 4 trips (50,000 miles) to the Dealership, they replaced the DEF tank and it seemed to fix the problem. I currently have 56,000+ miles with no further problems. Other than that I am extremely pleased with my 2500 Longhorn.

My initial experience was absolutely awesome. They treated my family and me like we were already part of their own family before I even signed anything. I had my 4 y o and 8 yo with me, and the team was so patient and kind with them. I’ll be recommending them to my friends, family, coworkers!!! They’re truly better than the other dealerships. Everyone there was great.

Solid truck and great performance. Normal driving is fine, I use it as my daily driver.....but it also pulls our 40' 5th Wheel from Oklahoma to Colorado with ease and has pulled 4wheelers up a 20ft. embankment, out of a river, lol.

My Buick required the rear a/c to be repaired. To facilitate that repair, the dash and the console had to be removed & replaced subsequent to the completed repair. Due to the nature of the repair, I was concerned about the fit & finish of the re-assembled interior. Also, the quietness of the ride. The car was repaired and returned to me in immaculate condition. The ride was as quiet as when new. That was important to me. The repair was completed in a timely fashion. Ed was very reassuring during the entire process that the car would be repaired and returned in the condition it was received by the Buick Service Team. During the majority of the time of repair, I was given a loaner to use. A successful initial encounter with the Malouf Buick Service Team under Ed.

I was in a bad accident and wast boned I had broken arm an fingers my 2500 turbo diesel was hit rightfront side then I was thrown into oncoming traffic and hit again after all that just body damage thank goodness frame was not affected this truck and god saved my life and the fact that god protected me the Olive said if I wasn’t in a wellbuilt truck like I was I would have been killed, thank you Dodge Ram for building these so strong I love my Ram 2500 Turbo Diesel Ivan only speak highly of it it’s a 2014 with 17,000 on the mileage and damage cost ins 22,000 to fix!!
