Had the truck, a Tradesman, 3-years and not a single problem with it, besides what the previous owner did. They put leveling blocks on it and big tires that made it ride like a dump truck. Plenty of power with the 6.4l. Very reliable.

I bought this truck from Herritage DJC in Brigham City a year ago and it is without a doubt the best truck I have ever owned. Went to the dealership after looking at the 2010 dodge journey online on the car gurus app showed the wife and she wanted to look at it. So we drove from Big Rapids to Durand. While we were looking for the vechicle Kelly French came out and greeted us. The vechicle was at another lot so she drove us to the vechicle and we did the test drive, wife loved it. So now comes the process of wheeling and dealing. Although the journey was at the lowest price possible and was just over 1800 below blue book we paid the price they were asking. Now comes the dealing we had to finance a portion of the price and they had a couple of ladies in the finance department doing the magic. I have a crap credit score and my wife dont have credit, so my wife and I was about to leave when Kristen came in and got us an awesome payment plan and a 3 year warranty that covers all the important parts of the vechicle plus tires and rims. So when we got there it was close to 2 or 3 and we left at 8. My wife and my credit made them work for the money. Lol. But all in all it was the better of the experiences I had at the dealership in the past. I will be back when I need to purchase another vechicle.

I have had other trucks “gas” and BMW’s ! With gas prices soaring and extremely expensive I traded in the gas for the New Turbo Diesel Cummins 6.7 ! On the highway this motor gets 20-21 miles per gallon with a range of 400-450 miles per fill up! Verified with my own eyes! This Ram 2500 gets better gas mileage than any vehicle I have ever owned ! A bit more expensive, but you’re going to make up for it in fuel! Extremely happy with this Truck! Feels powerful , sounds great, comfortable with a lot of options, cameras all around it so you can see everything surrounding you! I haven’t towed anything yet but what I have heard it even gets better with more weight behind it

I am within 6 months of having to turn in my current lease. I leased my current Jeep where I lived in Ohio. My job relocated me to Michigan and I didn't have any idea where to go to talk about my options. I wasn't ready to lease yet, but needed information about what I needed to do when the time came to turn in my lease. I was expecting the high pressure sales pitch and instead, got a very laid back, understanding salesperson. The salesperson, Loren Glasscock, listened to me, understood that I wasn't buying at this time and said that when I was ready to come back in. In retrospect, I wasn't very cooperative and I think he picked that up when we began talking to each other. When he asked me for my identification, I told him that I wasn't at that point yet. I fully expected the conversation to go south but he said that he understood and would wait for me to get back with him. He told me that he was gone in February in case I wanted to come and see me but I said that I would wait until he returned. I have always been hesitant when buying a car because I don't like to be pressured but this was a totally different experience. I will be back to Champion, probably in March and lease my next car from them. To the Champion management, you are fortunate to have Loren as an employee. You are worth my 5 stars.

I bought the 6.4L Hemi with 8 Speed Automatic transmission in an 8' bed. I love the way it drives and with plenty of power to pull most anything I will ever pull. Very satisfied with my purchase.

I have always had Dodge/Ram Trucks I won't buy anything else. they are built to last; they are worth every penny. they have a great towing power and are a powerful trucks.

Power, beauty, and utility! Haul all week and drive to a cotillion on the weekend! I have received more compliments on this vehicle than any other I have owned, including a customized red and black striped ‘73 Mustang convertible and an ‘02 Z06. It can get up off the line or take me safely into work in a snow storm, all while looking great doing it. Only things it’s missing is a blower, a sun roof, and stereo amp. But then, if it had them, I’d never get out of it.

Got right in - got right out - with change of oil and tire rotation. Thumbs up on good work done in timely fashion.

My only problem with the truck is when towing my 5th wheel trailer the trailer light goes on and off when the light is I don’t have brakes

I had the linkage recall replaced May 2019. Jan 2021 I replace the tires and as a part of the package, it had an alignment for the Trk. It was slightly off and it has always pulled to the right slightly. The Mechanic stated he could not finish the alignment as the recall required the linkage to have the nuts welded.... If you are going to have the recall fixed, make sure you do an alignment 1st .....

Looked around for an HD truck and settled on a Tradesman with the 6.4 Hemi. Only have 1k miles on it, but so far so good. Waaayy quieter than my F150 I traded. Also smoother than I expected from a 3/4 ton 4x4. Even though it is a lower model the interior is very nice. So far I'm very happy with my new Ram.
