Excellent experience from start to finish. Laid back and traditional NO pressure and No hype. The truck was fairly priced and the deal was painless. Jason Longley laid things out from both perspectives and the finance manager Eric worked things to best suit my financial goals. They even took the time to take the truck for a spray in bed liner installation and took the time to keep me informed of progress.

Everything went perfect I would definitely recommend . Very professional and helpful, very welcoming. I also love my car, they even got inside the car and explained every feature to me.

My only problem with the truck is when towing my 5th wheel trailer the trailer light goes on and off when the light is I don’t have brakes

I bought this truck from Herritage DJC in Brigham City a year ago and it is without a doubt the best truck I have ever owned. It is a beautiful black color and has everything you could ever ask for in a truck. And speaking of that big 6.4 Hemi engine, it’s without a doubt a real neck snapper. I was in a bad accident and wast boned I had broken arm an fingers my 2500 turbo diesel was hit rightfront side then I was thrown into oncoming traffic and hit again after all that just body damage thank goodness frame was not affected this truck and god saved my life and the fact that god protected me the Olive said if I wasn’t in a wellbuilt truck like I was I would have been killed, thank you Dodge Ram for building these so strong I love my Ram 2500 Turbo Diesel Ivan only speak highly of it it’s a 2014 with 17,000 on the mileage and damage cost ins 22,000 to fix!! My wife and I could have not been any happier with our purchase of our new Chrysler 300. Phil Batchelor has been great over approximately the last 6 months since we bought the car. Quick and easy process but at the same time we were actually listened to and not pushed into something we didn't want. Great truck. Had issues with Def freezing below 12 degrees. Had to rig a heater cord on line to keep warm. Had to have it flashed once. Dodge did recall for CP4 pump changed back to the more reliable CP3. Still have a catch in the steering when turning. Dealer says it’s just normal. I disagree. Sometimes on a turn vehicle wants to go straight. Had an alignment which made the steering better and the ride better.

I was not sure if a wrangler was for me. Phil Batchelor took his time and took 2 different days of working with me to make me feel comfortable with a wrangler. it's been 3 months now and I am soooooo happy he did. I love the wrangler and I can't wait to take the roof off.

I will NEVER take my car anywhere else. I call to make an appt, using only my first name. Everyone knows who I am, how many places can you do that!! My appt was made immediately, at a time and date convenient to me. My car went in immediately, I waited for it while NYS inspection was done, along with an oil change and tire rotation. I left in less than an hour and a half later. The staff is professional, while still giving you the home town feeling of friendship. I will always be a loyal buyer/ customer. Thank you to everyone😊

Power, beauty, and utility! Haul all week and drive to a cotillion on the weekend! I have received more compliments on this vehicle than any other I have owned, including a customized red and black striped ‘73 Mustang convertible and an ‘02 Z06. It can get up off the line or take me safely into work in a snow storm, all while looking great doing it. Only things it’s missing is a blower, a sun roof, and stereo amp. But then, if it had them, I’d never get out of it.
