Great dealership! I was a cash buyer with a trade in so was in and out in a little over an hour. I did feel like they couldb='ve given me a little more for my trade in considering I spend over $6K in maintenance on it, so that didn't sit right with me.

My only problem with the truck is when towing my 5th wheel trailer the trailer light goes on and off when the light is I don’t have brakes

i like the power and comfort of this truck. the fuel mileage is excellent and the comfort was very good on the 600 mile ride home.

Great truck. Had issues with Def freezing below 12 degrees. Had to rig a heater cord on line to keep warm. Had to have it flashed once. Dodge did recall for CP4 pump changed back to the more reliable CP3. Still have a catch in the steering when turning. Dealer says it’s just normal. I disagree. Sometimes on a turn vehicle wants to go straight. Had an alignment which made the steering better and the ride better.

Summary: It is worth the drive from anywhere in the Southeast to Spartanburg Chrysler Dodge Jeep. Jonathan England and Jamie England are amazing. They are both what I like to call “solution advocates". They listen and then go to work finding a vehicle that meets those needs. They do this without making you feel pressured and while staying within the budget you set. I normally dread dealing with car salespersons but these two men and this dealership really changed my opinion because they are not that typical “cocky you are going to buy my car” kind of dealership. They make you feel welcome from beginning all the way through the financing process. Everyone seems to be loving their job and passing on their positive vibes in all they do. If you are looking for a new or used car at a fair price, drop in and see these gentlemen. A Little More History. One would think that when they are looking at spending a large amount of money on a new vehicle one would get lots of positive feedback and assistance. Before I found Spartanburg CDJ I had messaged with 11 other dealers across the Southeast. Several chose to ignore me all together, while others were very curt and rude in their responses. My father had a list of "specific must haves" a vehicle should have for him to purchase. It had become frustrating and I was ready to give up because I was told over and over again "that option is no longer available" "RHD is not a possibility" or ”maybe next year RHD willie offered again.” Then I was blessed to find Jonathan England. He told me, as others before him, that right hand drive vehicles weren't available in his current inventory, but that a kit was available to convert a vehicle to RHD and that he had a contact that could take care of this for us. We made the 2 hour drive to visit with him and was introduced to the salesperson, Jamie England. He contacted the conversion expert to determine what vehicle in their inventory would be best to meet our needs. We drove home in a new vehicle and they even included to conversion in the deal. We left feeling we were given a fair deal and the vehicle we purchased will meet all our expectations for a new vehicle. I would definitely buy from this dealer and salespersons again and will start my search with them in the future.

Patrick was an extremely professional, no pressure salesman who works in an extremely comfortable environment who assisted was with the purchase of a RAM 2500. Power, beauty, and utility! Haul all week and drive to a cotillion on the weekend! I have received more compliments on this vehicle than any other I have owned, including a customized red and black striped ‘73 Mustang convertible and an ‘02 Z06. It can get up off the line or take me safely into work in a snow storm, all while looking great doing it. Only things it’s missing is a blower, a sun roof, and stereo amp. But then, if it had them, I’d never get out of it.

I'm a farmer and need a good reliable hard working pickup. Ram delivers with their 6.7. Truck is a basic package so I don't worry that going in and out of fields and even bringing in a baby calf when it is cold out will destroy some fancy unneeded thing.

As a child I fell in love with a black CJ with a tan top. As an adult I could never justify buying a Jeep because I had kids and Jeeps weren't practical. Fast forward nearly 40 years later and there are even 4 door Jeep Wranglers. No excuse for families. My kids are now all adults so I had no excuse. My salesman, Ken, was ever so diligent asked patient with me while I looked. So many Jeeps to choose from. I might add it was raining the day I bought my Jeep so Ken and I both got wet. He's dedicated! Finally I found the one I wanted and the same color scheme that started my love affair with Jeeps since I was a child. By the time all the paperwork was done it was well past closing time. Ken even followed up with me after my purchase. Car buying is stressful enough but Ken made it much less stressful. I bought this truck from Herritage DJC in Brigham City a year ago and it is without a doubt the best truck I have ever owned. It is a beautiful black color and has everything you could ever ask for in a truck. And speaking of that big 6.4 Hemi engine, it’s without a doubt a real neck snapper.
