Patrick was an extremely professional, no pressure salesman who works in an extremely comfortable environment who assisted was with the purchase of a RAM 2500. From arrival to completion he listened, acted and knew how to preform his duties in sales. Each employee were kind and willing to assist and professionally greeted.

Very good buying experience! Most of paperwork done online before hand. Had trouble with my 08 GMC Acadia and Justin helped with the repairs even though it had been months since I purchased the car! His mechanic done a good job but couldn't quite fix everything in the front end? But I would definitely purchase another vehicle from Knox Drives!!

I have always had Dodge/Ram Trucks I won't buy anything else. they are built to last; they are worth every penny. they have a great towing power and are a powerful trucks.

They are a good dealership and talk to me when I call them or if it’s late they call me back the next day. The only problem is they will not move on the price of the Vivid Orange Metallic Camaro. My 2019 Colorado ZR2 is a low mileage (15,679) which is loaded and 100% of the miles are highway miles with superior maintenance and records! Please work with me and let’s make this trade possible! I was in a bad accident and wast boned I had broken arm an fingers my 2500 turbo diesel was hit rightfront side then I was thrown into oncoming traffic and hit again after all that just body damage thank goodness frame was not affected this truck and god saved my life and the fact that god protected me the Olive said if I wasn’t in a wellbuilt truck like I was I would have been killed, thank you Dodge Ram for building these so strong I love my Ram 2500 Turbo Diesel Ivan only speak highly of it it’s a 2014 with 17,000 on the mileage and damage cost ins 22,000 to fix!! Power, beauty, and utility! Haul all week and drive to a cotillion on the weekend! I have received more compliments on this vehicle than any other I have owned, including a customized red and black striped ‘73 Mustang convertible and an ‘02 Z06. It can get up off the line or take me safely into work in a snow storm, all while looking great doing it. Only things it’s missing is a blower, a sun roof, and stereo amp. But then, if it had them, I’d never get out of it.

Shane Farley was wonderful!! I recommend him at Stinnets in Newport if you are shopping for a new car! He was patient with us and let us take our time looking and didn?t force us into a vehicle we wasn?t sure about.

After some long thought, I traded my 2000 Ram 2500 diesel for a like new 2014 Ram 2500 diesel longbed 4X4 last March. The truck averaged 20MPG which was nice, but my only wish was for some payload capacity. Since Ram went to coil springs this truck was rated at only 1970 lbs, which meant it could not haul a slide in camper or a fifth wheel safely. I should of done a little more research. So after 10 months of ownership, I traded it in on a 2018 Ram Dually so i can haul. So basically these new 2500 Rams are a mini van, unless you pull a trailer.

My husband always took his Jeep to this dealership for his oil changes ever since we moved here to TN in 2018. He just passed away and I had to bring his Jeep in for the oil change and I wasn’t too happy about having to wait so long, so I left. But after talking to the manager Joe Woody, he made things right. This place is much cheaper than Knoxville and Joe said he working on building better customer service!! So I trust his words!

Best bang for the buck. Styling and looks very nice. Strong puller, great carrying abilities. Awesome off-road capabilities. Would recommend this truck to be the one to decide on.

I have had other trucks “gas” and BMW’s ! With gas prices soaring and extremely expensive I traded in the gas for the New Turbo Diesel Cummins 6.7 ! On the highway this motor gets 20-21 miles per gallon with a range of 400-450 miles per fill up! Verified with my own eyes! This Ram 2500 gets better gas mileage than any vehicle I have ever owned ! A bit more expensive, but you’re going to make up for it in fuel! Extremely happy with this Truck! Feels powerful , sounds great, comfortable with a lot of options, cameras all around it so you can see everything surrounding you! I haven’t towed anything yet but what I have heard it even gets better with more weight behind it

Scott Morgan was great. He brought the vehicle to our home. Drove it back to dealership and started the paperwork. He is very friendly and courteous. Made us feel at ease. We would recommend doing business with Scott and Tarr Chevrolet.

My only problem with the truck is when towing my 5th wheel trailer the trailer light goes on and off when the light is I don’t have brakes

They were pretty great, I worked with Matthew Smith. At first I got a Chevy Traverse, which broke down on me on the interstate. But they came and got it and replaced what was wrong, but I still decided I wanted to trade for another vehicle. It was a bit of a hassle at first but Matt really helped me out and reached my monthly payment limit for me. So I’m very appreciative of him!

Great truck. Had issues with Def freezing below 12 degrees. Had to rig a heater cord on line to keep warm. Had to have it flashed once. Dodge did recall for CP4 pump changed back to the more reliable CP3. Still have a catch in the steering when turning. Dealer says it’s just normal. I disagree. Sometimes on a turn vehicle wants to go straight. Had an alignment which made the steering better and the ride better.

I bought this truck from Herritage DJC in Brigham City a year ago and it is without a doubt the best truck I have ever owned. It is a beautiful black color and has everything you could ever ask for in a truck. And speaking of that big 6.4 Hemi engine, it’s without a doubt a real neck snapper. It pulls my ‘26 foot toy hauler trailer like it was nothing. I can recommend this truck for anything you might want to pull. See Bret Davis for a deal on your new Ram.
