From arrival to completion he listened, acted and knew how to preform his duties in sales. Each employee were kind and willing to assist and professionally greeted.

We have been car shopping for about four weeks. Thomas Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram has been the greatest experience ever. Honored their online price and ran everything through my pre approval. I think it all has to do with salesperson. I sent Joe the info online, he answered, sent my pre-approval, he got it prepped, we were out the door in three hours This was awesome!

I set up an appointment to test drive a specific vehicle, they had it warming up for me right after I got there. We were test driving it within the first 5 or 10 mins. Driving home in it less than 3 hours later. So quick and painless. Adam (I think I cant remember 😩) was the best. So accommodating and SO nice. Not pushy at all like so many salesmen out there!! Will always come back!

Had the truck, a Tradesman, 3-years and not a single problem with it, besides what the previous owner did. They put leveling blocks on it and big tires that made it ride like a dump truck. Plenty of power with the 6.4l. Very reliable.

Team Honda has a newer GM (Jack Meyers) who is a straight shooter. Also had a great experience with our salesperson (Caleb) and Glen in finance. Would definitely buy from Team Honda again.

Best bang for the buck. Styling and looks very nice. Strong puller, great carrying abilities. Awesome off-road capabilities. Would recommend this truck to be the one to decide on.

Excellent experience. I bought a car from out of state. Spoke with Frank several times about the car and pricing before I booked a flight. They did not add in any extra fees besides TTL and docs plus did not try to charge me more for an out of state buyer or paying cash. It was a cash deal so everything went smooth. My only complaint, it took about 2 hours to purchase even thought this was a cash deal. This is a very minor complaint but thought the process should have been faster.

Its a diesel powered truck so its used to haul which it does with ease, but its comfortable, roomy, handles well and overall a great truck

Wonderful shopping experience! Drove 4 hours from Michigan for the possible purchase of my dream truck. Vehicle was ready and waiting for us when we got there. Not only did I end up buying it, but Shawn worked with me to get me out of my lease and get my payments on the new vehicle down to where I wanted them to be! Ended up going home with only my dream truck instead of both car and truck. No other dealer even took the time to ask me questions or try to help out, they were only worried about the sale. I had the linkage recall replaced May 2019. Jan 2021 I replace the tires and as a part of the package, it had an alignment for the Trk. It was slightly off and it has always pulled to the right slightly. The Mechanic stated he could not finish the alignment as the recall required the linkage to have the nuts welded.... If you are going to have the recall fixed, make sure you do an alignment 1st .....

N never had a problem about it used and it was a farm truck. It's a little rusty but it runs its butt off but having problems with the electrical in the steering column . Need to get it fixed

I have had other trucks “gas” and BMW’s ! With gas prices soaring and extremely expensive I traded in the gas for the New Turbo Diesel Cummins 6.7 ! On the highway this motor gets 20-21 miles per gallon with a range of 400-450 miles per fill up! Verified with my own eyes! This Ram 2500 gets better gas mileage than any vehicle I have ever owned ! A bit more expensive, but you’re going to make up for it in fuel! Extremely happy with this Truck! Feels powerful , sounds great, comfortable with a lot of options, cameras all around it so you can see everything surrounding you! I haven’t towed anything yet but what I have heard it even gets better with more weight behind it
