This has been the most wonderful truck. On the frwy when it shifted to the lower cylinder usage, it was so quiet and gas efficient. Johns Trim Shop topped off with a $2500 package. I hate to say goodbye but am retiring.

In 2020 of July I purchased a 2016 Ram 2500 Longhorn 4X4 Cummings 6.7. This was my 3rd Dodge 2500 I've owned. The increase in power was impressive. It’s has a smother ride than previous trucks I’ve owned. Suspension improvements make for a very comfortable ride. Safety upgrades helped reduce insurance costs. The negatives are factory’s mpg projections are higher than real life by a couple of mpg. Engine oil filter is a royal pain to change. There is a lag in response when accelerating from a dead start. I do like how this truck responds pulling my 6000 pound boat up hill at the same speed as if it’s on a level road.

My only problem with the truck is when towing my 5th wheel trailer the trailer light goes on and off when the light is I don’t have brakes

I am a return customer. Corey and Matt assisted me with my second lease. They are not pushy and understood my budget and worked with me to stay on budget. Great truck. Had issues with Def freezing below 12 degrees. Had to rig a heater cord on line to keep warm. Had to have it flashed once. Dodge did recall for CP4 pump changed back to the more reliable CP3. Still have a catch in the steering when turning. Dealer says it’s just normal. I disagree. Sometimes on a turn vehicle wants to go straight. Had an alignment which made the steering better and the ride better.

I'll be honest I got sticker shock when I came up to shop, but I didn't realize what has happened in the car market lately, Justin Pawlowski was very knowledgeable and was capable of getting me the information that I needed.

I have had my truck going on 5 years I bought it used. It’s my work truck, office and recreational vehicle. The issues that I have had are regular maintenance and wear tear. The truck has a firm ride so if you hit a pothole or bump you will feel it. I pull trailers 6 days out of the week and the truck is a work horse. Gas mileage is good considering what you are driving. In pulling a trailer I usually get 12-13 mpg. When not pulling a trailer highway mpg is usually 16-18. I bought my 2016 RAM with 30,000 miles and now have 112,568 miles on it. I due regular maintenance on it. My opinion I started getting better gas mileage when I changed to K&N cold air intake also added better torque.
