Used RAM 2500 trucks for sale near Sinton, TX

I've only had the Palisade for 5 days. Satisfied so far, no issues. The buying experience was 100% satisfying, from Rick (salesman), to the amazing Marissa, (finance manager). We drove about 5 other SUV brands; which, we told Rick in the beginning we were going to do. He never bugged us, unlike the other dealerships that all blew both of our phones up! Rick was super pleasant to deal with and very helpful.

My only problem with the truck is when towing my 5th wheel trailer the trailer light goes on and off when the light is I don’t have brakes

I bought this truck from Herritage DJC in Brigham City a year ago and it is without a doubt the best truck I have ever owned. It is a beautiful black color and has everything you could ever ask for in a truck. And speaking of that big 6.4 Hemi engine, it’s without a doubt a real neck snapper. Was helped by a very kind no nonsense Lacy from online sales. If your nervous about buying a car for any reason talk to her! Shes turned a usually painfully taxing chore into a pleasurable worry free experience. Everyone else was nice too, not pushy at all! They're all experienced professionals who got everything right the first time and if I ever need another car in the future I won't need to look any where else.

I have had other trucks “gas” and BMW’s ! With gas prices soaring and extremely expensive I traded in the gas for the New Turbo Diesel Cummins 6.7 ! On the highway this motor gets 20-21 miles per gallon with a range of 400-450 miles per fill up! Verified with my own eyes! This Ram 2500 gets better gas mileage than any vehicle I have ever owned ! A bit more expensive, but you’re going to make up for it in fuel! Extremely happy with this Truck! Feels powerful , sounds great, comfortable with a lot of options, cameras all around it so you can see everything surrounding you! I haven’t towed anything yet but what I have heard it even gets better with more weight behind it

Exceptional customer service, both sales and service! Staff is knowledgeable and professional and maintains good contact with customers. Great truck. Had issues with Def freezing below 12 degrees. Had to rig a heater cord on line to keep warm. Had to have it flashed once. Dodge did recall for CP4 pump changed back to the more reliable CP3. Still have a catch in the steering when turning. Dealer says it’s just normal. I disagree. Sometimes on a turn vehicle wants to go straight. Had an alignment which made the steering better and the ride better.

i like the power and comfort of this truck. the fuel mileage is excellent and the comfort was very good on the 600 mile ride home.

Staff was knowledgeable and very nice. The waiting room area was very accommodating and has fresh coffee. There was always someone making sure everyone was okay and having a good experience.
