Excellent Customer Service. Both Service Advisor and Mechanic were phenomenal in explaining Service and executing their duties. The only fault with this dealership is their facility. Their maintenance/Service facility does not look professional nor does it compare with its competitors in the area. If it were not for the amazing customer service I would never have had my new vehicle serviced there.

We showed up immediately as the doors were opened and I’m not sure we even gave Gavin enough time to clock in for work 😅 but! He handled us being earlier than discussed very well, and immediately pulled the truck we were wanting to purchase up to the front, and began grabbing paperwork for us, and was very professional and kind! Gavin walked us through each step and was very open and honest with us regarding additional warranty options and the “up front” Lipscomb motto of Honesty and Transparency within the dealership. Power, beauty, and utility! Haul all week and drive to a cotillion on the weekend! I have received more compliments on this vehicle than any other I have owned, including a customized red and black striped ‘73 Mustang convertible and an ‘02 Z06. It can get up off the line or take me safely into work in a snow storm, all while looking great doing it. Only things it’s missing is a blower, a sun roof, and stereo amp. But then, if it had them, I’d never get out of it.

Its a diesel powered truck so its used to haul which it does with ease, but its comfortable, roomy, handles well and overall a great truck

I had the linkage recall replaced May 2019. Jan 2021 I replace the tires and as a part of the package, it had an alignment for the Trk. It was slightly off and it has always pulled to the right slightly. The Mechanic stated he could not finish the alignment as the recall required the linkage to have the nuts welded.... If you are going to have the recall fixed, make sure you do an alignment 1st .....

I have always had Dodge/Ram Trucks I won't buy anything else. they are built to last; they are worth every penny. they have a great towing power and are a powerful trucks.

I have had other trucks “gas” and BMW’s ! With gas prices soaring and extremely expensive I traded in the gas for the New Turbo Diesel Cummins 6.7 ! On the highway this motor gets 20-21 miles per gallon with a range of 400-450 miles per fill up! Verified with my own eyes! This Ram 2500 gets better gas mileage than any vehicle I have ever owned ! A bit more expensive, but you’re going to make up for it in fuel! Extremely happy with this Truck! Feels powerful , sounds great, comfortable with a lot of options, cameras all around it so you can see everything surrounding you! I haven’t towed anything yet but what I have heard it even gets better with more weight behind it

Best bang for the buck. Styling and looks very nice. Strong puller, great carrying abilities. Awesome off-road capabilities. Would recommend this truck to be the one to decide on.

I bought this truck from Herritage DJC in Brigham City a year ago and it is without a doubt the best truck I have ever owned. It is a beautiful black color and has everything you could ever ask for in a truck. And speaking of that big 6.4 Hemi engine, it’s without a doubt a real neck snapper. I have a 2022 2500 diesel Longhorn, that has had numerous problems with the DEF SOFTWARE. After 3 to 4 trips (50,000 miles) to the Dealership, they replaced the DEF tank and it seemed to fix the problem. I currently have 56,000+ miles with no further problems. Other than that I am extremely pleased with my 2500 Longhorn.

Truck meets my needs, plenty of power to tow my trailer. The OEM tires (Firestone Transverse) are trash and a disappointment. Such compromise does not benefit Ram reputation. Would prefer better fuel economy.

Solid truck and great performance. Normal driving is fine, I use it as my daily driver.....but it also pulls our 40' 5th Wheel from Oklahoma to Colorado with ease and has pulled 4wheelers up a 20ft. embankment, out of a river, lol.
