I bought this truck from Herritage DJC in Brigham City a year ago and it is without a doubt the best truck I have ever owned. It is a beautiful black color and has everything you could ever ask for in a truck. And speaking of that big 6.4 Hemi engine, it’s without a doubt a real neck snapper. Power, beauty, and utility! Haul all week and drive to a cotillion on the weekend! I have received more compliments on this vehicle than any other I have owned, including a customized red and black striped ‘73 Mustang convertible and an ‘02 Z06. It can get up off the line or take me safely into work in a snow storm, all while looking great doing it. Only things it’s missing is a blower, a sun roof, and stereo amp. But then, if it had them, I’d never get out of it.

Jefferson (our salesperson) was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was not at all pushy. The buying process was very smooth and pleasant from the sales staff to the finance manager.

I have a 2022 2500 diesel Longhorn, that has had numerous problems with the DEF SOFTWARE. After 3 to 4 trips (50,000 miles) to the Dealership, they replaced the DEF tank and it seemed to fix the problem. I currently have 56,000+ miles with no further problems. Other than that I am extremely pleased with my 2500 Longhorn.

Solid truck and great performance. Normal driving is fine, I use it as my daily driver.....but it also pulls our 40' 5th Wheel from Oklahoma to Colorado with ease and has pulled 4wheelers up a 20ft. embankment, out of a river, lol.

I have had other trucks “gas” and BMW’s ! With gas prices soaring and extremely expensive I traded in the gas for the New Turbo Diesel Cummins 6.7 ! On the highway this motor gets 20-21 miles per gallon with a range of 400-450 miles per fill up! Verified with my own eyes! This Ram 2500 gets better gas mileage than any vehicle I have ever owned ! A bit more expensive, but you’re going to make up for it in fuel! Extremely happy with this Truck! Feels powerful , sounds great, comfortable with a lot of options, cameras all around it so you can see everything surrounding you! I haven’t towed anything yet but what I have heard it even gets better with more weight behind it

I was in a bad accident and wast boned I had broken arm an fingers my 2500 turbo diesel was hit rightfront side then I was thrown into oncoming traffic and hit again after all that just body damage thank goodness frame was not affected this truck and god saved my life and the fact that god protected me the Olive said if I wasn’t in a wellbuilt truck like I was I would have been killed, thank you Dodge Ram for building these so strong I love my Ram 2500 Turbo Diesel Ivan only speak highly of it it’s a 2014 with 17,000 on the mileage and damage cost ins 22,000 to fix!! I purchased a used 2018 Dodge Durango from Dylan Wagener. The experience was great! Dylan is very personable and friendly as well as the finance person at the dealership.

N never had a problem about it used and it was a farm truck. It's a little rusty but it runs its butt off but having problems with the electrical in the steering column . Need to get it fixed

I bought the 6.4L Hemi with 8 Speed Automatic transmission in an 8' bed. I love the way it drives and with plenty of power to pull most anything I will ever pull. Very satisfied with my purchase.

Simple made the process easy and mostly remote, which was great. Lance from the F&I team was fast and efficient. The only downside was the wait time to sign paper for finance?it took a bit longer than expected. Kevin went over everything in the car thoroughly, promised a full charge, and delivered on that promise with a full charge and no decals. Overall, a great experience! This is my third Ram 2500 diesel. I have the Laramie level with the Level A group. The ride is very good for a truck especially a 3/4 ton, quite enough to have a normal conversation. I traded a 2023 Silverado LTZ for this Ram. There was no comparison in the solid closing feel and noise of the doors and the overall much better quality of the interior. The seats are comfortable for long trips. What can you say about the Cummins diesel that isn't already legend. It pulls like crazy, acceleration is good, my fuel mileage is 18.9 mpg with 80% suburban, 20% highway. I've had zero issues and don't expect any. Yes, I would buy another one without hesitation.

Jake was great as always kept me up to date on the progress of the repairs. My Jeep has over 300000 miles on it so it’s been in the service department a few times always pleasant customer service. Jake is a real asset to the company. The best!!

My only problem with the truck is when towing my 5th wheel trailer the trailer light goes on and off when the light is I don’t have brakes

I have gone to no one else for service on my 2016 Town & Country van. Their customer service skills are unprecedented, even compared to customer skills of yesteryear!! They don't over-sell repairs. They check your vehicle according to the maintenance manual and make you aware of issues.... with no pressure to repair said issues! My next vehicle will be purchased from them!

Looked around for an HD truck and settled on a Tradesman with the 6.4 Hemi. Only have 1k miles on it, but so far so good. Waaayy quieter than my F150 I traded. Also smoother than I expected from a 3/4 ton 4x4. Even though it is a lower model the interior is very nice. So far I'm very happy with my new Ram.

Best experience we've had shopping for a car. I haven't had much experience with car shopping, but my wife has gone to a few dealerships, and has always had a bad experience. The one dealership I did actually go to, was terrible. This one changed how I feel about dealerships. While walking up to the dealership, they already had all the cars I was interested in pulled up to the front of the store. We showed up about 15 minutes early, and Dylan McDowell was immediately available for any questions, concerns, etc. Went on a test drive, and immediately fell in love with the car. Once we got back to the dealer, Dylan again, was extremely helpful, and talked us through everything. Never once seemed pushy or impatient like we've had in the past. Even though we came in on a Saturday, and tried to get in with enough time before close, we still ended up about 15-20 minutes after close, and everyone still remained just as nice, friendly, and helpful, not trying to rush us out. Halfway through this experience, my wife said that she knows where she's buying her next car! Can't recommend this place enough!

Great truck. Had issues with Def freezing below 12 degrees. Had to rig a heater cord on line to keep warm. Had to have it flashed once. Dodge did recall for CP4 pump changed back to the more reliable CP3. Still have a catch in the steering when turning. Dealer says it’s just normal. I disagree. Sometimes on a turn vehicle wants to go straight. Had an alignment which made the steering better and the ride better.
