I purchased a vehicle here yesterday (10/9) and received amazing service. I was unprepared on what car I wanted and feared being taken advantage of and being overwhelmed. Not only was I provided with the space to peruse, the first thing anyone who worked here asked me was if I needed any water or coffee. This level of care continued throughout the 3 hours I was there. When I asked questions about vehicles, I was given honest and informed answers. These professionals treated me as a human being and not as dollar signs. I was treated like family. Even the relationship between the staff was remarkable. They took care of each other and respected each other within their departments. The General Manager even came over to check on us and her employees to offer her assistance. Seeing upper management on the floor, helping the bottom line, not letting ego or arrogance prevent her team from their success is so rare. In 2020 of July I purchased a 2016 Ram 2500 Longhorn 4X4 Cummings 6.7. This was my 3rd Dodge 2500 I've owned. The increase in power was impressive. It’s has a smother ride than previous trucks I’ve owned. Suspension improvements make for a very comfortable ride. Safety upgrades helped reduce insurance costs. The negatives are factory’s mpg projections are higher than real life by a couple of mpg. Engine oil filter is a royal pain to change. There is a lag in response when accelerating from a dead start. I do like how this truck responds pulling my 6000 pound boat up hill at the same speed as if it’s on a level road.

I was very happy with the outcome of my car. Everything was fine. I’d like to. Personally, thanks one of the workers Mr. J was very prompt to his decisions The driver that took me around to get the to get the rental car, Mr. Sterling was very very impressive. Good driver.

I have had other trucks “gas” and BMW’s ! With gas prices soaring and extremely expensive I traded in the gas for the New Turbo Diesel Cummins 6.7 ! On the highway this motor gets 20-21 miles per gallon with a range of 400-450 miles per fill up! Verified with my own eyes! This Ram 2500 gets better gas mileage than any vehicle I have ever owned ! A bit more expensive, but you’re going to make up for it in fuel! Extremely happy with this Truck! Feels powerful , sounds great, comfortable with a lot of options, cameras all around it so you can see everything surrounding you! I haven’t towed anything yet but what I have heard it even gets better with more weight behind it

I told my sales rep, Gerard "Cowboy" King I was going to send an email to his manager saying what a good job he did and how professional and friendly he was. But I think it would be better to post a review so everyone could see. My wife and I bought a Chrysler Pacifica PHEV this week. During the sale, we had a bit of a wait because another customer was in the finance office. Cowboy just talked to us like we were old friends. It was nice to meet someone in sales that actually likes their job and seems to enjoy working with the public. Overall I would say this was a positive experience, even after we got a flat tire on our brand new never driven van and had to take a loaner home for a day! After the purchase, we were unsure about how to claim the federal tax credit. Cowboy was instantly messaging us back, connecting us to the right people, emailing us forms, it was great to get such outstanding customer service. He sure knows a lot about these hybrid vans! I am very happy with the van and with the tax credit I think I got a great deal.

I have a 2022 2500 diesel Longhorn, that has had numerous problems with the DEF SOFTWARE. After 3 to 4 trips (50,000 miles) to the Dealership, they replaced the DEF tank and it seemed to fix the problem. I currently have 56,000+ miles with no further problems. Other than that I am extremely pleased with my 2500 Longhorn.

I bought this truck from Herritage DJC in Brigham City a year ago and it is without a doubt the best truck I have ever owned. It is a beautiful black color and has everything you could ever ask for in a truck. And speaking of that big 6.4 Hemi engine, it’s without a doubt a real neck snapper. Outstanding service. Keene treats you like a long-time valued client even when you have not purchased anything from them. It is hard to believe that the service could improve after purchasing a vehicle, but it did! Then you became like a member of the family. Their patience in answering questions is unparalleled. Solid truck and great performance. Normal driving is fine, I use it as my daily driver.....but it also pulls our 40' 5th Wheel from Oklahoma to Colorado with ease and has pulled 4wheelers up a 20ft. embankment, out of a river, lol.

This is my third Ram 2500 diesel. I have the Laramie level with the Level A group. The ride is very good for a truck especially a 3/4 ton, quite enough to have a normal conversation. I traded a 2023 Silverado LTZ for this Ram. There was no comparison in the solid closing feel and noise of the doors and the overall much better quality of the interior. The seats are comfortable for long trips. What can you say about the Cummins diesel that isn't already legend. It pulls like crazy, acceleration is good, my fuel mileage is 18.9 mpg with 80% suburban, 20% highway. I've had zero issues and don't expect any. Yes, I would buy another one without hesitation.

Have owned my 2022 2500 Tradesman for 14 months now. Very happy overall. Outstanding towing and payload capabilities. Quiet interior. Nice styling. I don't like the dial transmission control. Would prefer it if the infotaimment screen was angled toward the driver instead of flat. Also disappointed with the seating position with the manual seats. Felt like my butt sat too low. Remedied that with an aftermarket shim kit that raised the rear seat height 1/2". Much better. My first RAM. Would buy again.

Had the truck, a Tradesman, 3-years and not a single problem with it, besides what the previous owner did. They put leveling blocks on it and big tires that made it ride like a dump truck. Plenty of power with the 6.4l. Very reliable.

Its a diesel powered truck so its used to haul which it does with ease, but its comfortable, roomy, handles well and overall a great truck

My only problem with the truck is when towing my 5th wheel trailer the trailer light goes on and off when the light is I don’t have brakes
