Power, beauty, and utility! Haul all week and drive to a cotillion on the weekend! I have received more compliments on this vehicle than any other I have owned, including a customized red and black striped ‘73 Mustang convertible and an ‘02 Z06. It can get up off the line or take me safely into work in a snow storm, all while looking great doing it. Only things it’s missing is a blower, a sun roof, and stereo amp. But then, if it had them, I’d never get out of it.

Jim Costello with Sam Lehman Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge in Morton, Illinois provided us with outstanding sales and hospitality. We drove 1 ½ hours to look at a Dodge Journey that had been posted to the Morton dealership’s website. We were interested in the features of the Journey including the advertised website price. We sent an inquiry to the dealership prior to driving up there to which Jim promptly responded, introduced himself in the response and welcomed us to visit him at the dealership. When we arrived at the dealership, we were greeted by a very friendly sales associate of Jim’s who immediately let Jim know we were there. Jim promptly greeted us and immediately provided one of the advertised Journeys for our test drive. After driving the Journey, we were delighted with its performance. We then talked with Jim about the price. The Internet price was honored and we accepted. Jim took time to set up our telephones and describe every other feature of the Journey. He was very knowledgeable about the Journey. We highly appreciated the personal customer service that Jim gave us. We were very impressed. Its a diesel powered truck so its used to haul which it does with ease, but its comfortable, roomy, handles well and overall a great truck

I had done some shopping online but still had plenty of questions. Orlando at Sam Leman in Morton was very helpful and patient with me during the buying process. I normally do not enjoy car shopping or buying but Orlando made the experience for me much better than what I have had at other dealerships.

Had the truck, a Tradesman, 3-years and not a single problem with it, besides what the previous owner did. They put leveling blocks on it and big tires that made it ride like a dump truck. Plenty of power with the 6.4l. Very reliable.

This is the second car in a row I purchased at Sam Leman Toyota in Bloomington and I’m satisfied once again from the salesman to the finance department not often do you feel like there team saved me money and got the truck I didn’t think was possible. I have only had it a week but so far so good. The city mileage is pretty bad but highway is about 15 or more with the 6.4 Hemi. It seems to have plenty of power but I won't really know until I tow my trailer next month. The ride is very good especially for a HD truck and it looks great.

I had the linkage recall replaced May 2019. Jan 2021 I replace the tires and as a part of the package, it had an alignment for the Trk. It was slightly off and it has always pulled to the right slightly. The Mechanic stated he could not finish the alignment as the recall required the linkage to have the nuts welded.... If you are going to have the recall fixed, make sure you do an alignment 1st .....

I just bought a 2022 Ram Laramie from Adem Lentz. I can not reccomend this salesman and this dealership enough. I am completely satisfied with my truck and the deal I was given. My wife and I were totally impressed from the very beginning with how this salesman went above and beyond to make this a great deal for us. And even after the sale was done and we were on our way home, Adam went over and above to help us out with my wifes purse, that was left at his desk by mistake. we liv an hour and a half from the dealership, so Adam made sure to send my wifes purse Priority mail back to us so that we did not have to turn around and make that trip again. We are just swo completely satisfied with everything from start to finish on a deal that was basically made over the phone. They bought out my existing lease so that I could buy my new truck without loosing anything on my existing lease. I was given a great rate of iterest as well, I will be recommending this dealership and Adam Lentz to all of my friends and family from here on in. I bought this truck from Herritage DJC in Brigham City a year ago and it is without a doubt the best truck I have ever owned. It is a beautiful black color and has everything you could ever ask for in a truck. And speaking of that big 6.4 Hemi engine, it’s without a doubt a real neck snapper. Bought a used 2018 Ram 3500 Limited CrewCab. Bob Souder was our sales person. He went above and beyond what was expected during the process. We were 200 miles away and he took pictures and inspected the truck and reported defects that were present. We agreed if the truck met our expectations that we would purchase the truck and we agreed upon the price. When we arrived the truck was everything we hoped and expected it to be after inspection and a lengthy test drive as this was a rather expensive truck we bought the truck. We left with the title in hand which is so often not the case these days. Normally you'd wait for the title to arrive by mail weeks later. The whole process was fairly quick and almost painless except for handing over a check. Lol. The dealership and especially Bob are highly recommended.

My only problem with the truck is when towing my 5th wheel trailer the trailer light goes on and off when the light is I don’t have brakes

Great truck. Had issues with Def freezing below 12 degrees. Had to rig a heater cord on line to keep warm. Had to have it flashed once. Dodge did recall for CP4 pump changed back to the more reliable CP3. Still have a catch in the steering when turning. Dealer says it’s just normal. I disagree. Sometimes on a turn vehicle wants to go straight. Had an alignment which made the steering better and the ride better.
