Used RAM 2500 trucks for sale near Wells, NY

My Ram 3500 suddenly went into "LIMP MODE" I was able to nurse it to a nearby Dodge dealership for assistance. After inspection The Service Manager told me there were wires under the dashboard that were not Dodge parts and my repair would not be covered under warranty and he had no idea how long or how expensive repairs would take. He then stated they had no loaner cars and Id have to go rent a vehicle to get home. I was LIVID!!! I called Krystal from whom I purchased my truck and spoke to Andy in Service and explained my situation. Andy asked me to hand my phone to the other Service Mgr. Andy instructed him not to touch my truck and that Krystal would picking it up and brought back to their service Dept. I wish you could have seen the look on his stunned face! Next morning my truck was picked up and after inspection by Andy and his fine crew of techs they discovered the problem was NOT any wires but rather the Power Distribution Center was faulty. My truck was PROPERLY diagnosed and repaired in short order and then DELIVERED to my home nearly 100 miles away!! Andy kept me in the loop constantly and communication was fantastic. All repairs were covered under my warranty as were my car rental fees. Service of this caliber is near IMPOSSIBLE to find these days but it is certainly alive and kicking at Krystal Motors. Needless to say I will travel to Krystal to Purchase our next vehicles regardless of the distance. Customer care has made us LOYAL to them. Again THANK YOU to Andy and his fine crew!!

Patrick was an extremely professional, no pressure salesman who works in an extremely comfortable environment who assisted was with the purchase of a RAM 2500. From arrival to completion he listened, acted and knew how to preform his duties in sales. Each employee were kind and willing to assist and professionally greeted.

My 2016 Jeep Cherokee needed a brake job and I didn't want to drive far. So I went to Krystal. What nice people! The staff was so professional, the buying process was quick and they worked quickly to get you the vehicle you wanted. Amazing service and they explained everything. It took me and my wife 3 hours to drive out there but it only took us 25 minutes to get the vehicle and go home. It was a pleasure working with you guys!
