Well mine is a tradesman. Meaning lowest model. It is a beast. Has plenty of power for a one ton gas engine. I have taken it on a couple of long trips highway drives and I actually got good gas mileage so I am pleased. Only thing I wish I had was a larger information screen. Backup camera is too small for such a big truck

I have regularly maintained my 2003 Dodge Durango SLT at this dealership since it's original warranty period expired. I like the service team's general approach to maintenance (which has not changed under different ownership) - address only mechanical issues requiring attention at the appropriate time and accomplishing identified work with sound credentials. No repairs have ever been performed that required a call-back. I think I generally take very good care of this vehicle and I believe its underlying engineering was solid to begin with, so, all around, it's been a good partnership over the years.

Ronak Pandit was no nonsense, respectful, and took the time to carefully listen to my needs. He worked diligently to find the vehicle I was looking for and was flexible enough to find the same truck in a color that I was hoping for and happily switched the paperwork to the new vehicle. I have owned many trucks, Chevy, Ford and Ram, Ram is outstanding on performance and reliability. I use these trucks for work, heavy loads including excavation equipment, The high output diesel provides great power. Out performs Ford and Chevy hands down. My only complaint is cheap plastic interior parts that show wear easy. Every Ram over the years has been the same cheap plastic parts. Door panels and such mar and scratch easy from normal wear and tear. My opinion is Ram builds a real workhorse. In the past there were a lot of transmission issues, I believe they have resolved those past issues Cummins power is unbeatable and for years the trans just could not handle the power. I have noticed a big difference on the 2024 model, the trans seems to shift better and does not overheat under heavy load. There is a lot of hype about who builds the best truck, and most of that is sales driven commercials. So I give Ram a 9 out of 10 rating totally based on ownership satisfaction, performance, and long term cost of maintaining the truck.
