I was in need of a new work truck and I was extremely disappointed with the dealerships in the DFW area. I almost gave up looking for a truck and on a last attempt, I tried cars and trucks.com. When I pulled up, I was instantly surprised. The trucks were all clean and in Incredible shape. Then I walked in… at the door I was greeted by Nathan Dykes. I don’t think I could have found a person with that type of care and passion anywhere else. I told him what I wanted and on the first try, he found EXACTLY what I was looking for. I took the truck on a test drive and it exceeded all my expectations. At this point, we haven’t discussed price. After completing my test drive, I thought the vehicle he showed me was going to be way out of my price range. However, it was the exact opposite. The truck he showed me was right in the range I was looking for. It was a steal! I would recommend cars and trucks.com to every one of my friends! I have owned many trucks, Chevy, Ford and Ram, Ram is outstanding on performance and reliability. I use these trucks for work, heavy loads including excavation equipment, The high output diesel provides great power. Out performs Ford and Chevy hands down. My only complaint is cheap plastic interior parts that show wear easy. Every Ram over the years has been the same cheap plastic parts. Door panels and such mar and scratch easy from normal wear and tear. My opinion is Ram builds a real workhorse. In the past there were a lot of transmission issues, I believe they have resolved those past issues Cummins power is unbeatable and for years the trans just could not handle the power. I have noticed a big difference on the 2024 model, the trans seems to shift better and does not overheat under heavy load. There is a lot of hype about who builds the best truck, and most of that is sales driven commercials. So I give Ram a 9 out of 10 rating totally based on ownership satisfaction, performance, and long term cost of maintaining the truck.

Maarja Rhodes was amazing! We stopped in on our way to a doctors appt to look at a truck we found online. She pulled it up front and allowed us to test drive. beats the 6.4 gas motor 2500 towing all day long and in town. The cummins is the only way to go and the HPF pump hasn't been a deal since I pull maintenance. and the new 12" display is awesome!

If you want to sit around all day, haggle for a price, have someone go back and forth and talk to “the boss,” and generally have an all-around traditional car buying experience, this dealer is NOT the place for you! These guys have a niche and they know their stuff; you’re not going to get the run-around here because their prices are already competitive. My salesman, Anthony, was fantastic as was Jeremy, the finance manager. If I hadn’t sat around and visited with them both, I could’ve been in and out in an hour. This is how buying a vehicle ought to be.

This truck has more bells and whistles than any car I've ever owned. Love all the technology. Ram has knocked it out of the ball park with this truck. I can't wait to finally tow a fifth wheel with it next year.

Well mine is a tradesman. Meaning lowest model. It is a beast. Has plenty of power for a one ton gas engine. I have taken it on a couple of long trips highway drives and I actually got good gas mileage so I am pleased. Only thing I wish I had was a larger information screen. Backup camera is too small for such a big truck

These trucks are hard to find in this shape ..like new inside and out save thousands! Ram 3500 longhorn trucks are not available new at the moment in the state like this one. thanks

Only complaint i have is why does it take so long to make a recall.My truck is for mostly pleasure so miles are low.Its out of bumper to bumper warranty and now abs pump hcu is out and they dont have one available or will not recall it knowing its been a problem for alot of trucks!!!!! CHRYSLER YOU NEED TOO MAKE THIS RIGHT!!!! THANKS!!! ALOT OF MONEY FOR THESE VEHICLES TOO BE SO FLAWED!!!!

I went in and looked at truck drove the truck and came back after they got me financed, and it ended up taking the truck home. Great experience. I recommend them to anyone. They're looking for a nice truck.

Built solid, tons of room in the crew cab as well as in the long bed, gets better mileage than I thought it would 15.2- City and 17.8 HWY, 8.3 with 22K lb. 5th wheel. I don’t feel the Grand Design 397TH behind it on travel days. This truck is equipped with the 4:10’s H/O, A transmission. The vehicle when bought had 10,500 on it and I just rolled 15,835 with zero issues.
