I have owned many trucks, Chevy, Ford and Ram, Ram is outstanding on performance and reliability. I use these trucks for work, heavy loads including excavation equipment, The high output diesel provides great power. Out performs Ford and Chevy hands down. My only complaint is cheap plastic interior parts that show wear easy. Every Ram over the years has been the same cheap plastic parts. Door panels and such mar and scratch easy from normal wear and tear. My opinion is Ram builds a real workhorse. In the past there were a lot of transmission issues, I believe they have resolved those past issues Cummins power is unbeatable and for years the trans just could not handle the power. I have noticed a big difference on the 2024 model, the trans seems to shift better and does not overheat under heavy load. There is a lot of hype about who builds the best truck, and most of that is sales driven commercials. So I give Ram a 9 out of 10 rating totally based on ownership satisfaction, performance, and long term cost of maintaining the truck.

Like most, buying a new car (or truck in my case) has always been something that made me cringe. Places like Carvana and Carmax have tried to take a lot of pain and stress out of the car buying process and to be honest, they have, however at a price. I think everybody knows you pay for convenience but should you have to pay so much for it. Why do dealers mark up cars and add unwanted and unwanted items to inflate these hidden costs? Well obviously to make more money off the consumer, but why take advantage of people? it's no wonder why "car salespeople" come across as shrewd, dishonest, and untrustworthy. Not so with Maverick Motors. Truly, the best experience with the best value. I will always go back to Maverick Motors when looking for a new vehicle and you should too. 5 Star experience is not high enough for Sam, Justin, Abe, Matt and the entire team at Maverick Motors. 2016 SRW 3500 4x4 Megacab Aisin trans Laramie Pulls my 18000 pound toyhauler anywhere i point it! Other than a dishonest dealership here in Decatur Il. that put a gasket bandaid on a front end cover seal, under warranty, instead of replacing the seal of the crank, the real problem, this truck has been exemplary! 24.5 mpg at 80 mph, 14 to 15 mpg in town. Nothing goes wrong and it just keeps on running!

I tow 12,000#’s-16,800#’s regularity for work and our 5th wheel. This is my 2nd ram, first was a 5500 with 11’ flat bed, fantastic rig as long as I had 7 tons or more, rode fine. Semiconductor and current one is a ‘17 3500 dually, tows great and not one issue

beats the 6.4 gas motor 2500 towing all day long and in town. The cummins is the only way to go and the HPF pump hasn't been a deal since I pull maintenance. and the new 12" display is awesome!

Only complaint i have is why does it take so long to make a recall.My truck is for mostly pleasure so miles are low.Its out of bumper to bumper warranty and now abs pump hcu is out and they dont have one available or will not recall it knowing its been a problem for alot of trucks!!!!! CHRYSLER YOU NEED TOO MAKE THIS RIGHT!!!! THANKS!!! ALOT OF MONEY FOR THESE VEHICLES TOO BE SO FLAWED!!!!

I was in need of a new work truck and I was extremely disappointed with the dealerships in the DFW area. I almost gave up looking for a truck and on a last attempt, I tried cars and trucks.com. I don’t think I could have found a person with that type of care and passion anywhere else. I told him what I wanted and on the first try, he found EXACTLY what I was looking for. I took the truck on a test drive and it exceeded all my expectations. At this point, we haven’t discussed price. After completing my test drive, I thought the vehicle he showed me was going to be way out of my price range. However, it was the exact opposite.
